I have been seeing Jul and Nikki for a few years now. I recently purchased new hearing aids from…read moreNikki at the Mount Joy office. It was such a pleasant experience. She recommended the newest Phonak devices and they work great. We started off with a Hearing exam and test and she explained my hearing loss in a way I could understand. Nikki is so pleasant and caring. I really felt so comfortable. I did get the latest Phonak devices and so far they exceed my expectations. I really don't even have to adjust them as they sense my environment and adjust to my needs. Also the office people are just nice, competent people. Overall a great experience without any high pressure sales pitch. Sonya, Mount Joy, PA

I have been a customer for about 10 years and have had 3 sets of "Resound" hearing aids. Each set has been progressively better. My current set is the best, I believe, on the market. They have rechargeable batteries which was an issue with previous models. Julie fine tunes them to my hearing challenges and I have no problems hearing people talk and understanding what they are saying. As you get more mature and the hearing starts to go, give Julie a call. She can help and the Resound Hearing Aids are almost invisible.

Being in the medical field (with much experience when it comes to hearing aids and diagnostics), I…read morewas skeptical and hesitant to patronize a new business, especially when it came to something as important as my hearing. Most people don't know it, but hearing loss can lead to early onset dementia as well as many other brain deficiencies because your brain starts to shut down if it does not hear what it is supposed to. I called on the phone and spoke with Ashley. She was quick to get me an appointment which surprised me but made me happy. I then went to my first appointment with Bethany. From that point on, and currently, I am absolutely blown away by everything about this business. From the time you walk in the front door until the time you leave, you feel cared for in a genuine manner. These ladies are simply amazing! Bethany has been my primary Specialist but they want both want me to have the best experience possible. Now, hearing aids, aren't necessarily easy to fit someone with as myself, so be patient. I guarantee that if you let these ladies do their job, you will be a happy individual and Will still be able to hear the birds chirping, beautiful music, and in my case, the sounds of my grandchildren. These ladies want to set you up with hearing aids that are the "best for you", not the most expensive or not the cheapest. I firmly believe this, with all my heart! I give these ladies and their business and AAA+, 10/10 or whatever rating will show that if you need hearing aids, this is where you want to be.

Very bad experience with this company. They seem to be more about the money than actually helping…read morepeople. My wife was in need of getting updated hearing aids quickly since her older ones were performing poorly. They say they have a "Low-Income" program and require you to send tons of paperwork as proof, which we did. It took us over two hours to gather, scan and e-mail everything they requested. After close to two months of waiting their story changed and she was told it could take up to 6 MONTHS to get hearing aids on their "Low Income" program. While in the process of waiting for their "Low Income" program, they were of course pushing their $4,000 hearing aids with Financing. They weren't even able to fix the old hearing aids so we have to go to a more accommodating company. They shouldn't offer a "Low Income" program if people have to wait up to 6 MONTHS for urgently needed hearing aids. It just seems like a big bait and switch operation...
