Good quality gas, Long hose to reach either side of car, crowded line moves quickly, great value! Best price in town!

I love the Costco gas but this place is awful with the line! It took forever to get the gas as it's so popular here! I was in line for good 25+ mins. But still appreciate the price and the quality of it tho. read more

Best place to get your gas for your car. You don't need to line up behind the pump that face the side of your gas tank as the hose is long enough to go to both side of the car. They will have an attendant there in the day time to help you with anything. read more

Always good quality and slightly better prices. But bear in mind mind you do pay for a membership ! Lines can be long.

Because Costco has long gasoline hoses, it makes filling up gasoline efficient, as service requested. The quality of the goods sold there are pretty good, including their store Kirkland brand. The value of the products is worthwhile. There is ample parking. read more

Looking for good value for gasoline when traveling... Whenever I travel, I look for the nearest Costco gasoline station and fill up my tank before I run out of fuel. Costco usually has the best prices, so, I make it a point to plan ahead. This location in Houston has six lanes of two pumps per lane. The lines went fairly quickly and I was on my way in no time! The traffic around the area wasn't bad either! I saw a 99 Ranch, a Five Below, DSW, and a Burlington nearby, so, I'll be back soon! Note: customers were not wearing face masks read more

This was my first visit here. I typically go to the location off Richmond but was in the area. I love Costco gas for the price. It is really the only consistent thing I have used my membership on. This location was great. I loved that it is off in the corner from the warehouse so you aren't competing with shoppers to get in line. The line moved very quickly today but what stood out the most was the customer service. Customer service has NEVER stood out at a gas station to me, btw. I was in that unfortunate situation when I was next in line but the available space was a vehicle ahead of me. I couldn't see because the vehicle was a large truck but the attendant, Lester, got my attention to let me know there was a free space. When I got out to pump, Lester explained that he had just tightened the hose so he wanted to make sure it was okay and watched me pump. As my gas was pumping, I was cleaning my car out of trash. Lester saw the garbage bag I had been collecting for weeks full of random trash and grabbed it from me to toss. I was thoroughly impressed. He also told me to have a good day. I swear, I'm sad I don't live in this area so I can come every week! read more

I have such a love-hate relationship with Costco gasoline. Costco gas is one of the perks of membership. Their gas is consistently significantly cheaper than other stations (though comparable to Sam's club). As another reviewer recommended, I also plan out road trips where I try to fill up at Costco as much as possible - that combined with the GasBuddy app can save a lot of money on gas! Ahh...the lines. Lines vary depending on when you're there. I recommend coming during non-peak hours (late at night, early in morning) to avoid the lines. If you somehow find yourself here on Saturday at noon, well, good luck. The gasoline pump hose can stretch out pretty far, so you can actually line up on either side. For a faster pump, I recommend lining up on the left side even if your gas cap is on the left as the hose will stretch around. Also, to reduce your stress levels pick a line and just stay in it. Sometimes I hop between lines that seem to go faster, and always inevitably regret my choices and should have just stayed in the first line I pick. Maybe that's just me though. Though the prices are great, I'm not giving 5 stars because I also have a Sam's membership (don't judge) and their lines are much shorter! Also Sam's has an option to get/pay for gas solely from their app which makes it much easier. C'mon Costco! Get with the times read more

Costco Gasoline - Always a line! Even at 2 pm on a random Thursday - Gas Stations Near Me - Houston, Texas

Pretty much the only place I will buy gas. I love that it is a safe environment with an employee always on hand. I never feel as though there will be any scam card readers or anyone lurking behind the pump. They have extendable pumps so you can fill your car on either side no matter which side the pump is parked on. That means you can just pick the shortest line regardless of what side your tank is on, which is awesome. There is ALWAYS a line though, and no matter what I always seem to pick the wrong one. That being said, the gas lines at this location are way better than the ones at the Richmond location. And of course, great gas prices! read more

This gas station is similar to many of the other local Costco gasoline stations. There are two spots for each lane to pump. Generally most cars are able to pump where two come in and two leave, but there are occasional times where one car pumps requiring the waiting car to drive around. There is usually one staff member walking around to make sure the customers don't have problems and can help for those having technical difficulties. You must be a Costco member to pump gas (or have a gift card). If you "tap" your Costco Citi Visa, then it will automatically charge to that credit card. If you pay with another credit card, then you have to insert your Costco card, select "Use Another Card", and then use your other card. Only Visa is accepted. The gasoline is top-tier per the Costco postings. There is regular and supremes gas options for every filling station. I have not had issues with the gas or knocking on my car. There are times when they don't have receipt paper in case you need a receipt for any reason. Lines have expectedly grown and depending on the time, wait times can be 0-20 minutes depending on the crowd. read more

I am glad they are open on MLK and I thought I was smart by coming here around 2 pm. I'm wrong. The queue for gas is insanely long. I waited as I hope the price per gallon is worth the wait! I love there's always an employee outside providing assistance which made me feel safe even at night. This place is also well lit! Too many robberies at other gas stations. read more

Still the lowest gas prices that I have found. Today $2.39 for regular. $2.89 for supreme. Come early or face a waiting line! Or go across the street to the grocer and pay 40 cents more per gallon. read more

great gas station. line moves quickly and certain times of week is not busy. good price. they have the long hose for either side of the car.

I have found Costco gas to be the cheapest of all competing stations. For example, at HEB, which is across the street and generally affordable, unleaded is $2.72 per gallon. Costco today is $2.42, plus 4% off with the Costco credit card. I've always used Costco gas with no engine issues. read more

Long lines but about 10 cents a gallon cheaper. Hose long enough for tank on either side of car

Prices are really good and unlike some of the other locations the lines here are always pretty good, I don't recommend coming on the weekends because it can be a crazy wait but not bad. read more

I'm kind of biased because I'm sort of a Costco junkie. Growing up in Anchorage, I've been shopping at Costco since the early '80s and have this weird nostalgia when I visit any of their locations. The gas station is no different for me. The fuel is always a great price, and it's generally a quick in-and-out experience. There are long lanes to help keep people orderly as they wait for their turn at a pump. This particular location gets pretty busy during the lunch hour, but it has always moved pretty quickly when I've stopped. There isn't a convenience store attached (just go in Costco if you need a snack). Occasionally there will be an attendant who will guide people along if needed. All in all, this is a good place to fuel up after (or before) your mass quantities shipping excursion. read more
