I hope it doesn't end up like the other stations around here who can't even take out the time to put paper in the receipt printers at the pumps, let alone keep up appearances.

If I could give this gas station-5 stars, I would. This is the WORST business I have ever been in…read more I live close by so I walk here a lot to get drinks or snacks but I had to stop because the people who own/run it are thieves. They will throw a .50 cent or $1 "tax" charge on to your purchase even though the system already puts in the tax. I had noticed one day when I bought 3 items but had 4 items rung up on the receipt and the one item was just a $1, so I went back in and asked what this charge was for and the man working the register said "it's for the soda" when I showed him the receipt where the soda was already charged and was more than $1, he told me to get out because I was messing up his business. I asked my boyfriend to go buy something to see if it was maybe a accident but it wasn't. The man added a .50 cent charge to him and when he asked the dude what that charge was for he replied "I didn't mean to add that". He then took it off and while my boyfriend was putting in his pin, he tried to add the .50 cents back on which caused the purchase to not go through so my boyfriend proceeded again to pay for it and when he was given his receipt there was a $1 charge for literally nothing. I've asked multiple people who use this gas station if they've ever seen a weird charge on their receipt and more than 30+ people have told me they've had to say something about these men adding these small charges onto their purchase. I understand it's only .50 cents or $1, but if they are doing this to almost every customer that comes in there, they are making a good profit off it. I don't use this gas station anymore, I had to start going to one down the street but I have collected every receipt I got from there and on every single one there has been either a .50 cent or $1 charge, I added them all up and they were able to get $39 off me. Silly me but shame on them. I've tried reporting them to the BBB but their business isn't in the BBB's record so there's no telling what all shady crap these people do. Don't use this gas station, continue down the street maybe 3 blocks and you'll find a better, cleaner, and safer gas station. That also won't steal your money even though you're already giving them money. I'm sorry but I can't stand a thief, especially one that's running a business and profiting from being a thief.

I wish I could give this place a negative star. That's how unhappy I am with their service. I went…read moreinto this establishment to buy candy and a few other things. I went in first and bought one thing and paid with $20. The gentleman gave me my change and said that he would have to give me back ones and I said okay to that. When I got back into the car I realized that I needed to go back in and get something else. I needed the ones that he gave me so I decided to just pay with another $20. This is when it went downhill. He REFUSED to allow me to buy the candy in his store. He accused me of treating his store like a bank. Remember I am buying from him not asking for change. I even offered to give him back ten of his ones for a $10 bill if he just needed ones. I honestly was confused as to why he was making such an issue not to sell to me. In my confusion a lady tapped me and told me that he is always rude to his customers and the rest of the customers in the store agreed. The lady offered to buy her things in front of me so that she could give the guy cash since he seemed like he was low. He told her that no matter what he wasn't going to sell to me. My feelings were truly hurt. I had already dealt with having my car towed hours before and to be dismissed by a gas clerk because he doesn't want to sell me candy was just annoying and disgusting. I began to tell him how he shouldn't treat people that way especially since these people seem to be returning customers and that it was evident that he clearly lacked peace in his life. After I stated that he began to verbally harass me with racial slurs. He then proceeded to call the cops and tell them that he did not want to sell to me and that they needed to come and get this black girl out of his store. At this point I had recorded most of his antics. I would not recommend anyone going to this store. He isn't just rude to Black women. He is rude to everyone no matter the color or sex. He disturbed my spirit and I will never go back and wouldn't even want my worst enemy to shop there and that says a lot. No one should be treated so badly.

Small store, small gas station fill area, and the parking doesn't make sense at all. I'm honestly surprised more accidents don't happen there. That being said, the gas is the best price around for quite a distance, the store is always stocked and clean, and the cashiers are nice and do their job well. BUT. They are people just like the rest of us and they have to deal with situations and people on the daily that a good percent of Houstonians wouldn't be able to handle and would quit before their first week was over. So if the line is long, maybe instead of being an A-hole to the cashiers and causing a scene that only makes YOU look bad, try to reflect. Maybe you should have left the house 10 minutes earlier so you wouldn't be late. Maybe you don't actually need the gas station snacks since you're already late anyways. Also, if you're done pumping your gas. MOVE your car! Lastly, that just barely car sized spot in between the pumps and the building...that's not a parking spot. But it sure is a giant red flag as to what kind of person you are. Dear Yelp comment reader, please take a moment to "Ad- Lib" the blanks below. Nevertheless, it had most of what we were looking for, basically just drinks and snacks for our 2-day stay in Houston. My father wanted bakery items for breakfast and settled for the usual Hostess and Hostess-like choices you'd find at, again, a convenience store. However, the gentleman behind the register was pleasant and helpful. A customer came in and while checking out casually mentioned he had a close friend die the day before in a car crash. The cashier was very sympathetic and listened to the guy without interrupting or trying to hurry him along. In all, the store has the basics. But if you're looking for an actual grocery store like what you'd typically find in the downtown area of a large city, this is not it.
