So altogether a much better gas station than I was expecting. We stop here fairly often when driving from Pearland to Sugar Land, because of the good gas prices. Also known as JJs. Not to be confused with BJ's, which are, well, you know.

Lately, it seems that at peak times there are less cashiers than ever and the lines are unbearably long. I said no I didn't, so he said he couldn't sell me the ice. There was another cashier on another register that apparently was closed, but he was able to give me 2 10s for the 20. The original cashier then processed the order and I looked in his cash bin - he had twenties, tens, fives and ones - PLENTY of bills to make change. So, this guy wanted me, the customer, to have to inconveniently go to another store to buy ice because it was more convenient or him. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Well I was going to talk about the angry man Bupesh behind the counter yelling at a young girl but…read moreit seems all the other reviews sum it up. Solid 2.8 stars lol that's well deserved. Bupesh (not sure spelling and he certainly gave me a nick name of some sort) behind the counter at around 11 am on May 12th came out screaming and yelling at me upon seeing the breakaway gas pump deployed. He clearly did not know how pumps breakaway and of course I stood there and stopped driving right away while he had to call some people to teach him that after verbally berating me. I stopped to get out and help (wish I had not as I am a smaller woman and was instantly uncomfortable) and was honestly physically intimidated by an overweight larger man who was standing way too close to me the whole time he was insulting me while he tried to figure out his own job. Of course I almost feel bad for the guy if he thinks this is acceptable behavior. At one point he even said that he is a pharmacist and so he knows how to be professional . It's almost funny if it weren't sad. Corporate is already investigating the incident but if I had any control over this franchise location, I can guarantee I wouldn't have Bupesh anywhere near. I'm not sure where screaming at and physically intimidating young ladies is considered professional but who knows maybe Bupesh can teach us all. Younger girls, and ladies generally, should stay away from this Chevron.

Pretty average gas station with pretty average prices although sometimes higher than normal. It's right on the highway in Missouri City close to Sugarland and it has everything you expect it to have from your typical gas station. Such as, a convenience store and 24-hour pumps. We've stopped here 3 times this year and I'm sure we will again.

Going into it, we had watched many tiktoks with recommendations of what to try such as the Beaver Nuggets, brisket sandwiches, and beef jerky, but we ended up with so much more! First off, I wish California gas stations were like this. We went to one of the smaller Buc-ee's, but their selection of gas station snacks were still amazing! Additionally, I loved how their fountain soda was SO cheap! It's very true that everything is bigger in Texas. Highly recommend Buc-ee's for a fun place to stop if you're a tourist! I'd even visit here if I wasn't a tourist! :)
