Bupesh (not sure spelling and he certainly gave me a nick name of some sort) behind the counter at around 11 am on May 12th came out screaming and yelling at me upon seeing the breakaway gas pump deployed. He clearly did not know how pumps breakaway and of course I stood there and stopped driving right away while he had to call some people to teach him that after verbally berating me. I stopped to get out and help (wish I had not as I am a smaller woman and was instantly uncomfortable) and was honestly physically intimidated by an overweight larger man who was standing way too close to me the whole time he was insulting me while he tried to figure out his own job. Of course I almost feel bad for the guy if he thinks this is acceptable behavior. At one point he even said that he is a pharmacist and so he knows how to be professional . It's almost funny if it weren't sad. Corporate is already investigating the incident but if I had any control over this franchise location, I can guarantee I wouldn't have Bupesh anywhere near. I'm not sure where screaming at and physically intimidating young ladies is considered professional but who knows maybe Bupesh can teach us all. Younger girls, and ladies generally, should stay away from this Chevron.

Not a very good experience every time we come here. The cashier (if you go during the later…read moreafternoon, you know who I'm talking about) is absolutely terrible and needs to work overnight to avoid people. He has been rude to me and my fiance way to many times. He's either impatient or flat out rude when asked to repeat himself due to this thick accent. One particular moment was when we were buying a buzzball. The buzzball wasn't scanning. No big deal, my fiancé grabbed another one when he asked us to grab one that can scan. My fiance came back with the same one and it didn't scan. The cashier got more aggressive with us and snapped saying "NO GRAB ANOTHER FLAVOR" I wanted to put my stuff down and walk out but my fiance told me its not a big deal and grabbed another flavor. Then when it came to paying, my fiance apolgized and said he had a big bill. The cashier denied our transaction but one of the other workers came to the rescue and was able to cash out our transaction (turns out the rude man didn't want to access the safe) I can see that the rude employee has his favorites.
