I stopped to get out and help (wish I had not as I am a smaller woman and was instantly uncomfortable) and was honestly physically intimidated by an overweight larger man who was standing way too close to me the whole time he was insulting me while he tried to figure out his own job. Of course I almost feel bad for the guy if he thinks this is acceptable behavior. At one point he even said that he is a pharmacist and so he knows how to be professional . It's almost funny if it weren't sad. Corporate is already investigating the incident but if I had any control over this franchise location, I can guarantee I wouldn't have Bupesh anywhere near. Not a very good experience every time we come here. He has been rude to me and my fiance way to many times. He's either impatient or flat out rude when asked to repeat himself due to this thick accent. One particular moment was when we were buying a buzzball. The buzzball wasn't scanning. No big deal, my fiancé grabbed another one when he asked us to grab one that can scan. My fiance came back with the same one and it didn't scan. The cashier got more aggressive with us and snapped saying "NO GRAB ANOTHER FLAVOR" I wanted to put my stuff down and walk out but my fiance told me its not a big deal and grabbed another flavor. Then when it came to paying, my fiance apolgized and said he had a big bill.
