I also really appreciate that everything is halal. The burgers themselves are definitely a great size and very satisfying, and the grilled onions take them to another level. I especially want to recognize Delmi, one of the workers I see often, she is so personable and truly stands out. She remembered my order from a previous visit and even asked how I enjoyed the spicy cheese fries when I came back. That level of attention made the experience feel genuine and personal, and for the record, those fries were incredible. The rewards program is another nice bonus. They actually keep track of your points, and the benefits seem really good for regular customers. I'm actually here again now, and Joshua was very pleasant as well. Looking forward to enjoying my order. Another thing I appreciate is the atmosphere. It's always clean, the seating is comfortable, and sometimes I even come during the quieter hours just to get a little work done while enjoying a meal. If I had one small note, I just wish the fry portions were a little bigger for the price, especially because they're so good. Overall though, the quality is excellent, and I've already been here multiple times in less than a month. Definitely one of my go-to spots now.

Highly recommend adding the fried onions for extra hand. Shout out to Melvin, the cook! Give this man Josue a raise!! He was so helpful and welcoming. He had honest opinions and great recommendations. He was so respectful and didn't sit still for a second. When he wasn't helping someone or affirming someone that their food was on the way, he was restocking or doing something. He even told us about some exclusive flavors on UberEats and DoorDash. Side note because it matters to me, the restaurant AND the bathroom were both so clean. Would definitely come again!

The chicken is always crispy on the outside and super tender and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of flavor. How do they get the meat inside to be evenly spicy?! The peach mango pie is a must, honestly one of the best desserts they have. I could easily eat a bunch of those in one sitting. Their sweet spaghetti is also a hit with the kids, both in portion and flavor. The vibe is casual, bright, and family-friendly, nothing fancy, just a comfortable spot to enjoy a quick meal. The staff are consistently some of the friendliest around, which always makes the experience better. Only complaint is that irregardless of day or time, there seems to always be a long wait. Even if you order online to pick up at a specific time.

It took almost 10 minutes to finally get to the counter because after each person placed their order, the employee behind the counter said he'd come right back. I'm not sure if they were trying to catch up on other orders, or why it took so long to place an order. There were three screens displaying the menu. The most important one, displaying their Jolly Classics and the Pies & Sides, kept flipping between that and a promo ad. Slightly annoying, so I ended up taking a picture of the menu so that I could view it without the time pressure. Once I placed my order, I was given a pager. Even though I had a pager, they yelled out my number once my food was ready about 5 minutes later. It was fairly quiet inside - there were a few other people dining in, which appeared to be mostly contractors taking a lunch break. The Chickenjoy itself was very good. While not the best fried chicken in my book, Jollibee is certainly up there. We got one 10-piece bucket of original and one 10-piece bucket of spicy. Their spicy flavor actually packs some spice. The breading is very crispy and the chicken itself is always juicy on the inside. I always like to dip the chicken in the included gravy. The spaghetti is on the sweeter side, as I believe it's made with banana ketchup. The adobo rice was actually good and made a nice side accompaniment for our chicken. Jollibee is always a solid choice for fried chicken. While this location was a bit slow, other experiences I've had are usually fairly efficient.

This is one of those places where you can order at the kiosk or with the staff behind the counter... we went with the staff. Customer service from everyone was top tier. I loved how the whole team was engaged and actually providing real customer service. The vibe gives classic bar-and-grill energy, and the food? Really good. I didn't expect it to hit like that, but it did. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a Dr. Pepper... and yes, the Dr. Pepper was on point too. Overall, the experience was great. It was hopping on a Saturday night, as they have a few other businesses in the same parking lot. Finding a spot was easy for me, but that's because I was lucky. The lot was packed and I just happened to be in the right spot at the right time. I'll take the win. Walking in the restaurant has outdoor seating, and indoor. A pretty good line when we walked in leading up to the door, but it went quickly. About half of the tables on the interior in use, but it was very easy to find a place to sit. Outdoor was about maybe 1/4 capacity. They have a pretty interesting menu, it definitely fits along the gastropub line. I was very tempted to do tacos and burgers but our goal was burgers and I stuck to it. I had the Brie and candied bacon burger. Was it messy? Yes, yes it was. Was it phenomenal? Yes, yes it was. With candied jalapeno, candied bacon, arugula and a fire vinaigrette, this was my favorite burger. The jalapeno was flavored but not spicy. For those who are adverse to heat. The vinaigrette really sets off this burger, on top of the medly of flavors. Cooked to juicy perfection, would 100% get this again. The gal went with the California Burger. Also an excellent choice, but I liked mine more. This one serves up sliced avocado, bacon, tomato, arugula, Swiss, and again, a house vinaigrette. Whoever thought let's make a burger more wet, you were right. That's why we have napkins. Both the truffle fries, and the onion rings sounded good. So we ended up just getting both. The truffle fries had fantastic flavor but it felt like we had the bottom of the bag. All of the fries were very tiny. It's like when you go out for fast food, and it's all the tiny broken pieces at the bottom of your fries. They also come with a nice dipping sauce. Highly recommend. The onion rings were fantastic, I really enjoy how they are battered. I served by themselves, they are delightful. The staff were excellent! They continued to check on everybody and make sure that they had everything they needed, they were busing tables left and right. Very proactive in keeping the place clean and getting seating turned around for the next customer pretty quick. We will definitely be coming back to try more items on their menu. They also have what appears to be an upscale joint next door of the same name with wine. That will also be a place that we'd like to check out in the future. Is it a drive, yes. Is good food and good experience worth the time and effort to get there, it absolutely is. Check them out. See what you think!

At the drive-thru, the interaction felt rushed and somewhat dismissive. There was no greeting at the window, and when I requested an extra honey mustard for my 5-count chicken tenders (since only one is typically provided), I was told there would be an additional charge. I didn't mind paying because I wanted enough sauce for my meal, but the tone felt a bit irritated. After placing my order, I pulled forward to wait. A different employee brought my food and was very pleasant and courteous, which I appreciated. However, when I checked my order, the extra sauce I paid for was not included. I had to go back through the line to address it. The original employee did provide the missing sauce at that point, and her demeanor was more positive during that interaction. The main issue came at the end of my meal, when I found a hair in the bottom of my fry basket. That completely ruined my experience. Overall, I've had better visits in the past, but based on this experience, I'm hesitant about returning.

This location has shared parking in a lot with a handful of other businesses. There is no drive-thru, so you must walk in. The menu is quite simple and easy to understand, as you can choose from sandwiches, wraps, salads, and soups. The chips, drink, and dessert are separately offered or you can combos. They also have kid's meals. The line moves at a different pace each time I've visited, and like others have said, there seems to be some sort of confusion amongst staff at times. If I order a specific sandwich from their menu as is, I expect to get everything that's listed on the menu and then additional toppings as requested. Somehow, I get a less than what's posted sandwich after opening up the wrapper at home, sometimes. I know staff ask what customers want on their sandwiches, but it should always come as posted on the menu unless otherwise stated. However, I do appreciate the complimentary toppings I can choose from to make it even more hearty. My go-tos have been their Prime Rib Steak toasty sandwich, the Pizza Melt, Mama's Meatball, and the Cubano. I like the way all the sandwiches taste as is and tend to add some caramelized onions or roasted peppers to the mix. Great meal on its own but I also love the bagged kettle chips from Zapp's (Voodoo!) plus a good milkshake (strawberry or oreo cookie!) The space is comfortable inside and there are a few booths vs tables for those dining in. The restroom has been clean and the pickup/to-go area is clear from clutter. I'll be back for more but I do hope that the service will get smoother and more efficient over time (they are still new?)
