there is no improving this gas station i went there just now to get some redbulls with my friends and just hang out in the parking lot cuz we like doing that stuff we don't bother anybody we stay at the gas station and talk and that's it... well this isn't my first time having a bad experience at this 7 eleven. we got our redbulls put them on the counters and the worker started to fight with us and climbed over the counter to fight he grabbed my phone out of my hand and almost threw it but i stopped him. and he started cursing us and calling us racist names like "gypsy" which is a racial term for our culture we are romani people. and he called us dirty rat gypsy's and obviously we didn't take that. my brother started arguing with him and i told i am getting in touch with 7-eleven customer support and im gonna have this 7-eleven shut down. and his buddy behind the counter said dont f*** with me i know how to fight and then said ill put you gypsy boys down on the floor. i don't appreciate this behavior have this 7 eleven shut down immediately and ive read they're reviews other people have the same issue every time 1 star not going here until all of them get fired and new nicer workers get hired read more

I was really curious about 7-Eleven coming back to Houston. So, I searched online and found an article http://www.chron.com/news/houston-texas/article/Year-after-7-Eleven-announced-return-to-Houston-5169302.php. Then, I followed GPS to this place. The store sign says TETCO. Since 7-Eleven bought TETCO, I assumed it as a 7-Eleven. Yeah, it sure is. According to the store clerk, they are waiting for the new 7-Eleven sign for the building. It didn't take very long to look around a small store. Everything was already labeled as 7-Eleven. But the store didn't look very organized. Shipping boxes and janitorial equipment were laying everywhere. Not the kind of 7-Eleven as I was used to. My reason for being here was to fulfill my craves for the 7-Eleven Big Bite (hotdog) and the Big Gulp (soda). But the hotdogs were just started to grill (at noon) and I didn't want to wait. Today I came in to seven eleven for the first time today . And was very dissatisfied and disappointed. I actually went in because I was interested in franchise with 7 eleven. I walk in and there at least 10 people working there and I was told there no ice coffee when there a big sign right on the highway that day come to seven 11 for ice coffee. The reason the lady give me of why they don't have ice coffee is the machine need to be clean. There at least 6 machine and not one was clean at 9am in the morning . I told her I would wait and she told me no it still has to be clean then I ask why she was being rude she shrugged her shoulder and said shit happen . I couldn't believe she said that . I ask to speak to a manager and she tell me she not here she went to the bank. I'm am currently still here since 9am waiting for the manager. Her name is Nicole and she does not need to be working here if she is going to treat your customer this way. I hope you this is fixed because one bad apple can ruin the whole business. read more

This 7-Eleven sells the standard three grades of gasoline and diesel. Large selection of snacks and beverages, including alcohol beverages. Sells lottery tickets. Bags of ice and Propane on sale as well. This location seems a little cluttered and is not as well maintained as most convenience stores that I have visited. read more

Despite the fact of being aggressively handled by the employee in the first place. Then was told that police would be called when there was never an altercation or reason for alarm. An undercover 7-Eleven store selling Exxon branded gasoline. There are no exterior signs indicating it is a 7-Eleven, but the store contains the usual 7-Eleven products. It sells the cheapest regular unleaded in this corner of Sugar Land, sometime cheaper than Costco and Sam's. The location is very safe since it is located in a well to do master-planned community. The only complain I have is that about 50% of the time, no receipt is printed at the pump after payment. You have to walk into the store to get your receipt. read more
