    OUTRAGEOUS!

They put $125.50 hold on your card when you pay at the pump. Since I had to cancel the transaction and pay at the window to use my fiel points, the hold is still there and it is going to cause problems with other bills that are about to hit. I called the store Manager and he couldn't explain it. $125.50 seems to be EXCESSIVE no matter WHAT you are putting gas into. They said that it was the card company that they use. RIDICULOUS!

I have become a huge fan of this fuel center! Not only is it conveniently located in the parking lot of my grocery store it is also super easy to navigate around. I really don't understand corner gas stations that angle their pumps for maxim number of pumps buts have it so tight in there you are afraid of being run over the whole time you are there. You won't find that problem here!! Plus, and the cherry on top for cheapskates like me is you earn your fuel pints with grocery purchases. For every 100 fuel points you get 10 cents off. So 200 points = 20 cents, 300 points = 30 cents and so on. But even without their fuel points I think their prices are some of the best in this area.

When I filled up yesterday, I noticed each pump had a sign saying they're only open 6:30am-11pm. Why not later than 11? I don't know. I don't think any gas station should close now that we have pay at the pump.. but that's just me.

    $.30 per $ in rewards .

it's gasoline, it's fairly easy to get in and out and the $.03-.10 cent discount with my Krogers card is pretty handy.

I love this little gas station tucked away in between Allen Parkway and West Gray. It's…read moreconvenient, very clean, they carry a large selection of not so generic drinks and snacks, there's never a wait for a gas pump, and the family who owns/runs it is super nice and very helpful. Two years ago (in 2007), Houston was on it's way to becoming a gigantic bayou. The entire city. It rained for roughly 83% of the year. Flooding everywhere. Many of those days, it was as if a gigantic water hose (and/or a few fire hoses and buckets mixed in for variety) was turned on full blast and directed at us. On one such day, I and apparently half of Houston thought it wise to leave work early to avoid potential rerouting due to high water. Perfect. Traffic stopped in flooded streets. I decided to stop in at my convenience store/gas station to grab an orange juice before continuing my adventure home. I smartly thought, "I don't want to get my purse wet, I'll just leave it here." I grabbed my wallet and as I stepped into the store, remembered that I shouldn't have put my keys in my purse. I called AAA, but as it was 5:15pm on a Tuesday in a city that was rapidly turning into an extremely large bayou, the wait time was roughly three hours. Thankfully one of the owners was on the ball. While I was on the phone with AAA, he began fashioning a Slim Jim out of a wire hanger. After about five or ten minutes in the rain, he had unlocked my car.

I go to this convenience store all the time as it's walking distance from my apartment. The owners…read moreare very friendly; and they have a nice selection of your traditional convenience store items. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I find their gas prices to be consistently higher than nearby stations...but overall it's a place I enjoy hitting up for a soda and snack on the way to work. The service is definitely 5 stars.
