45 minutes old still will use for another2 hours here

Food ok service not good in deli department. Did you know the chickens can set out for 2 hours before they take that old chicken and make chicken salad. And as a customer today I asked for fresh chicken instead of the ones that were our for 45 mins was told they can't do it. Just becareful when buying from them . Very rude and not friendly works.

I went in looking for two sinks and two faucets and was promptly greeted by a salesperson. She made a big deal about how she was going to take notes on what I liked - so far, so good. She was helpful up until the point that another customer walked in the door, then she couldn't get rid of me fast enough. She wouldn't give me any prices while I was there, but promised to email info. Two days later I got an email which consisted of links to the manufacturers' sites (as if I would be too stupid to be able to Google those sites for myself?). There were no links specific to the specific products I had been looking at. One of the links went to a site that listed 1,700 sinks!! The reason I went to their store was that I didn't want to have to filter down 1,700 sinks on a website. Her email said "please contact me if you have any questions", so I did. I asked her to send me the model names and prices for the specific sinks and faucets I had liked (and which she had supposedly taken note of). I wasn't surprised that she didn't bother to respond. What kind of an idiot business sends their customers to the internet? These days, the only reason to purchase at a local business is to see the products and receive excellent customer service, as it is always possible to find a better price online (or so I am assuming in this case, since the salesperson refused to actually give me a price on anything!) They literally threw away a customer who was willing to purchase two sinks and two faucets in their store, that day. No idea how this company stays in business. It certainly isn't because they know ho to treat customers.

Working with Noland was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had…read more Our builder recommended that we order our new house's plumbing supplies from Noland. We visited their show room, they showed us a bunch of options, and we picked out the usual things--toilets, sinks, etc. They showed us (in a catalog) an enclosure for our claw-footed bathtub, but it was too expensive, looked rickety, and didn't appear to be tall enough for me (I'm 6'4"). We declined that, but specified everything else that we wanted. We confirmed this via e-mail, and they responded with an order list (like an invoice, but pre-order), which looked fine. One day we arrived at our nearly completed house to find that the plumbing fixtures had been installed, and were awfully surprised to find that the shower enclosure that we'd declined had been installed. We asked the builder about it, and they informed us that they'd simply picked up, paid for, and installed everything that Noland said we'd ordered. We tried to live with the stunningly expensive hardware, but it was bad for all of the reasons that we didn't order it in the first place. In a series of e-mails with Noland, they admitted that they had no record that we'd ever ordered that hardware, agreed that it appeared nowhere on the order list, but refused to repair or replace the equipment. (They said that we could *pay* them to repair or replace the equipment, but that hardly seemed fair for defective products that we'd not only never ordered, but explicitly said that we did not want.) I wound up making some modifications to the equipment to make it functional--a new shower head and an adapter arm means that I can now shower without kneeling--although I think it's likely to simply tear out of the wall before too long. Our builder no longer does business with Noland, as a direct result of this incident. Noland eventually stopped responding to my e-mails. My last e-mail concluded with this: "You sold me something that I never ordered, slipping it into an order with my builder, including something that my wife and I explicitly stated that we didn't want. Your own records demonstrate this quite clearly--you have a signed order that lists every product that we bought from you...save for the shower enclosure, which is nowhere to be found. I think I've been more than patient here. The right thing for you to do is to either fix this, replace it, or take it back and refund our money. You would want no less if you were in my position. I would like to resolve this amicably, and encourage you to take this opportunity to make things right." That was ten months ago and, having not heard a word from them, I've concluded that they have no interest in making things right. If my experience is any guide, you cannot trust Noland. Go elsewhere.

I had already visited other MyEyeDr offices to shop and compare, as I was looking to get a backup pair of prescription sunglasses. I found most of the other offices far more customer-friendly than this one. With the exception of Avory, who was most impressive in her courtesy, professionalism and superb customer service skills, I found the front staff lacking in their approach to customer service. Unfortunately, I did not have an opportunity to work with Avory. However, I continually observed her performance with other customers while I was working with Rashonda. Avory genuinely seemed happy to be working there and always verbally welcomed guests as they entered the office. Other staff appeared to have a perfunctory "just going through the motions" attitude about their work. I am rating this office three stars, rather than only two stars, because everyone seemed to be technically competent in their trade. Thus, if you care only about technical proficiency, then this office is fine. But if you're like me and you want not only technical competence from your eye doctor experience, but a friendly, engaging interaction where you feel welcomed and glad you came, then I don't think the Pantops (Jefferson Parkwy) office is your best option. If you are lucky to work with Avory, then you should walk away feeling very pleased with your experience. Otherwise, with the other front staff, I recommend looking elsewhere. I certainly plan to choose another MyEyeDr office after I pick up my current pair of sunglasses soon! Thank you, Avory, for setting a good role-modeling example for your colleagues. I hope they will heed your example of stellar, professional and friendly customer service!
