The lab completed my order in record time and I am completely pleased with the replacement lenses. They even cleaned up the frames without additional charge and provided me with a complementary sunglasses case. The entire staff at this location definitely provided me with a totally enjoyable experience at a most reasonable price and are each fully deserving of a five-star customer service rating. I am an older person and always have a terrible time getting my eyeglasses to fit correctly. I always need to make several trips back to the store to have something changed. The three associates with whom I had interaction -- Adair, Isabella, and Steven -- were all infinitely patient with me and my issues. Everyone in the office was strictly business which is fine but it made the environment dull. The office itself was nice and clean. They have their own optical department with many choices of good looking glasses to choose from. Nice big parking lot and they didn't keep us waiting the the lobby for too long. At Modern Eyez, I looked around while the employees was finishing up another customer. When I was finished looking, I sat down at one of the stations and the employee asked me if I had found the frames I was interested in. No help. If I wanted, no help, I would go to Costco where frames and lenses are much cheaper. Next time I will go to Eye Associates. Money lost for Modern Eyez.

First off, we went in and no one was there, but the Gentleman showed up quickly. However, this is a time during Covid, no mask, nothing to protect us his Customers. Buying glasses is a close up intimate experience, you need to be taking precautions during this time or put a sign on the door letting us know. I asked if I could try on frames and did I need to put them anywhere to be cleaned? No, they just have you put them back on the shelf. We just came from another place, where they had you put them aside and they cleaned them before putting them back out on display. We walked out, we just can't take the risk. It's too bad as I wanted to look around and get glasses but I will go back to the more expensive Optical as my safety is more important.

This thing is a beast with a price tag to match at $26.99. But considering I've probably spent over $50.00 on cheaper, plastics made sprayers over the last seven years, I'm hoping this one lasts at least ten years. It comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty which I'll have to look into to see what it covers I like shopping at Ace as it's easy in, easy out and the prices can be a little more but my time is valuable. Customer service is always top-notch.

But what's even more important is that if something happens to a new pair of frames, and it's clear that it was simply a poorly-manufactured pair, she will take the time and care to make it right. I wasn't expecting that so it took me aback because, well, you know how this doesn't always happen. It was a huge expense for her. My problem with her is that twice now she had stood me up for appointments. I don't think there is any good reason to blow off appointments. I came in and was told that she had decided to take the day off. If it had only happened once, I would give her the benefit of the doubt, but she has done it twice. Both times it was on a Friday and I figured that she just wanted to have a long weekend. I'm disappointed in her and now I don't trust her.
