Her assistant was wonderful. The facility was new and clean. The front desk woman was very polite and friendly. Even the woman who handles the ordering of the contacts was amazing. The only employee I'd complain about is the one who handles the glasses. I stood there browsing for quite some time before she acknowledged me. But she did apologize for ignoring me. However, her demeanor did affect my decision to not place an order for glasses. I instead purchased online using the prescription I was provided at my appointment. The process for getting new contacts was relatively simple. Fortunately, I was able to share my old prescription with them so they had a good jumping off point. At the first appointment, I was given one brand of contact to put in my left and another brand of contact to put in my right. Then instructed to wear for a week and then comeback for a free appointment to see which I liked better. I came back the next week. They got me in and out so fast. I received 4 boxes of contacts in the mail days later. Super efficient!
