She was extremely pleasant and visited with me during the process, and didn't charge me a penny even though I offered to pay. I don't know how good their glasses are, but customer service is certainly better than any other optical shop I've visited in Burque. I'll definitely consider them for my next pair of glasses.

After walking a far distance (location is in a mall) on a knee scheduled for joint replacement, I was informed they did not have me down for an appt. They said I was not booked, even though I showed the confirmation email. I was told they could get me in a different day, but no options for that day (the 31st). Nothing was done to try to fit me in - even though I was scheduled - and I was simply told I could voice my complaint with the manager when she was available. I opted to leave to find a business that actually follows their booking. I don't know what their scam is or if it is just very poor computer programming, but would never go back with that lack of customer service. I did tell them I would review them poorly, so I'm here.

But nothing compares to the great service I get from Deseree and the other good folks at this Oakley store. Whether they are making a minor fix to one of my frames, or helping me find exactly the right choice for a new pair, I am always happy that I've brought my business to these pros. Deseree knows me so well that she is able to head off my impulse buys and makes sure I'm COMPLETELY satisfied with my choices (I'm a terrible impulse buyer when it comes to sunnies). She really goes the extra mile, even locating frames no one else can find and bringing them into the store so I can check them out.
