I had a fantastic experience at this Vision Center! The doctor was excellent, and the front-of-house staff was both highly skilled and incredibly friendly. My son's glasses needed a small " tune up" Travis made the adjustments and now my son's glasses are comfortable again

I had a great experience with Travis at Walmart Vision Center. He made it all so easy and he was efficient, fast, and friendly!!

I went in to get my glasses adjusted and the lady did a perfect job! It only took a few minutes!

First of all as I walked into Walmart vision center for the first time, I was greeted by Jessica! Welcoming pleasant deamenor, asked what I wanted. She proceeded to show and ask what style I like. I picked out I think 3 frames I liked but, I was told the computer system was in a glitch, transferring business??. I felt Jessica's empathy for the inconvenience. Saying it's cool I'll be back. My next visit i was greeted by Antoinette -Optician. Felt very welcoming with her brightful salutations. I told her about my situation with my last visit. Without hesitation she disappeared. She came back with the paper work and we hunted for the frames! Optician Antoinette was very prompt and thorough with locating my four eyes! Like she was wearing glasses herself! lol! Introduced me to various shades and tints that I liked! Describing how they transition, change color, frame contortions.. bending every which way!! Telling her to stop so she won't break em!! I purchased a pair of prescription glasses at the optical center 2/2022. In 6/2022 The hinge broke making them irreparable . It literally fell apart with no external motivation. Meaning not stepped on, sat on, bent, smooshed or anything. The hinge just fell apart. I've never had a pair of glasses that didn't have any manufacturer warranty. I was asked if I wanted to purchase extra protection at the time of purchase, I declined figuring regular protection was fine. No one explained that extra protectionthat is the only protection you get. No one said, hey there is absolutely no protection on those glasses unless you pay us extra !! Isn't that a deal? So dang great to find out my new, necessary, prescription glasses had a manufacturer defect that walmart doesn't give a crap about. Thanks walmart. My mistake. read more

This is probably one of the most unprofessional places. Just to clarify, the optometrist is super awesome. It is the manager, Robert, at the vision center that is terrible. He harasses you to buy their frames. If you don't, he will tell you not to come back. Yup, read that again. He will tell you straight out not to come back. read more

The most horrible experience ever. Three years ago they lost my $500 Nike eyeglasses enroute to their repair shop. They never found them. I suffered for 3 months without eyeglasses before they finally decided to replace my glasses with their $100 cheapie glasses because I complained to the corporate office. They promised to send me a check in the mail for the difference but they never did until now 3 years later. Then on the day I picked up my replacement glasses the manager chased me around the Walmart grocery store in the middle of shopping with my kids telling me me she needed my replacement glasses back because I was getting refunded. I was finally able to see after 3 months of being blind and she tried to take my away vision again. And chasing me around the store like I stole their glasses? The most horrible experience ever. read more

While the optometrist is great, the assistants he has is lazy, stand around grazing until the time is up to drag their behinds to their vehicles. Get the eye exams there for sure, but NOT the glasses, as the previous review mentioned it's not always the cheapest. read more

My glasses broke when my shoe found them before my fingers did. The optometrist got them better than new in about 8 minuted. And they didn't charge me. read more

I did get friendly and knowleadgeable service, but got a better price and better options at Eyeglass World. Walmart is not ALWAYS the cheapest--it's a tiny story too inside the huge Walmart. read more
