I'm very disappointed that they did not inform me of this when I set up the appointment nor prior to the appointment. It was very unprofessional. We visited Dr. Chan to get my daughter an exam and fitted for both glasses and contacts. Dr. Chan is amazing, intelligent, and truly connects with her clients. My vision was terrible, but the day after my procedure, I was already seeing better than 20/20. After about 15 years, my vision began to decline again. I remembered that they offered a future enhancement if needed, so I returned in 2024. Fortunately, I was a good candidate for the PRK procedure. Just like before, the staff was incredibly friendly, informative, thorough and walked me through every step of the process, from what to expect during recovery to the results I could anticipate. For the second procedure, I had to space out each eye, but I'm thrilled to have my sharp vision back. Both of my parents and several friends have also had LASIK at Coleman, and everyone has had a fantastic experience.
