Ordering is a breeze through the app and staff always makes orders promptly if you aren't one to order ahead on the app. Everything at Costa Vida is made fresh in house. The portions are generous! I often order the small nachos and it is the perfect amount for me. The inside is a decent size and the staff does a good job of keeping it clean. There is also a drive thru option. I work very close to this location so like to stop after work to grab dinner once in a while. Today I stopped in for a kids quesadilla meal & some chips and queso. The meal comes with a quesadilla (or taco or enchilada if I remember right), rice, beans, a kids drink & a cinnamon tortilla for dessert. I highly recommend the sweet pork! I get it MOST of the time I go. Their queso is great too. It has a little bit of a kick, so maybe skip it if you're sensitive to spice. They have horchata too! The people working are always friendly and service is pretty quick too. The restaurant is always clean but I usually take it to go so I can relax at home while I eat. If you are a dessert lover like me, they have a few options. I recommend the tres leches. We love Costa Vida! This location did not disappoint! They have delicious sweet pork that makes everything taste great. We love the nachos and the tacos. This is the best place to get tacos, they cook the cheese onto the tortilla making them taste amazing. Very kid friendly too, there's lots of free diapers in the bathroom just in case you may need one which I thought was neat. Fast service too. Excited for our next visit! read more

I ordered a "sweet pork burrito", with black beans, lemon rice, vegetables, Queso on top, and cilantro.. The food smelled so good and when I took my first bite I was in Love with sweet pork!! The burrito was sooo good and I'm glad a took a chance on the sweet pork! I will definitely go back and try something else on the menu, but order sweet pork to take home! the price was right! the flavor was excellent! one of the managers talked with me about the history of the place and told me that all ingredients are made in house in the morning. all the tortilla shells are made by a lady in the morning; awesome and good! On top of closing early, we went to drive off and there was a car at the window so we couldn't get by, so we had to back all the way around the entire strip mall building to get out!!! The money from our order could have paid an entire hours worth of staff payroll. This is not the first time we have came and they have closed early. I get it people want to get home, but when I was a restaurant manager we always served until 5 min after we closed. Terrible experience today from start to finish. One employee mask under nose Customer in line next to me no mask at all I asked the employees why he was allowed to Stand in line with no mask at all. Their response was "you can call our corporate." You bet I will! Also, Since they have no meat substitutes for a vegetarian they up charged us over $3 for guac and veggies . Qdoba & Chipotle both offer sofritas and/or impossible meats. They also do not charge for guac when no meat is ordered. Great experience! The food was made fresh to order. The three of us each had our own burrito-specifically shrimp, shredded beef and grilled chicken. Each entree was made separately with a wide variety of fresh condiments of our choosing. Although everything was delicious, We especially enjoyed the fresh mango salsa! In addition, it was so nice to walk away feeling like you received a proportionate amount for the price. To to it off, we experienced excellent customer service throughout! I spent the first 40 years of my life living in Texas, so to offer a review on "fresh-mex" is admittedly incongruous, y'all. ;-) However-- today I made my fourth visit to the new Costa Vida near my office. I've tried several different items from the menu and have enjoyed them all. Now don't hear me wrong: the food here doesn't "speak the language of my heart", but the language it speaks is enjoyable to the palate. It is consistently tasty and the folks on the serving line are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and the drink fountain has a great selection of Coca Cola products. Bottom line: I'd never choose this if I were jonesing for actual Mexican food, but I also wouldn't hesitate to eat here whenever my work friends want to go. read more

I had a sweet pork burrito ($8.49) built for me Chipotle-style at the counter. The burrito was rather substantial, and I liked that fresh shredded cheese was quickly melted in a pass-through oven to create the melted cheese topping, but I'm not sure I can adjust to a sweet (caramel) tasting burrito. Tacos, nachos, quesadillas, enchiladas, etc were also available. The menu features coastal Mexican cuisine with fresh, warm tortillas, and unique options like sweet pork, raspberry chicken, mahi mahi, and shrimp. The opening day service was fast and friendly, while the dining area was clean with background music. The daily specials keep the price reasonable. Next time I'll go with a more traditional meat. Maybe it's been a while since over been there, but Costa Vida was even more delicious than I remember. The Pork salad was sweet, a little savory and fresh. I just tried Costa Vida for the first time ever! It was so yummy & they had way more options then I expected. There isn't one near where I live (closest one is about an hour away) so I always have Chipotle, it's very similar but you have WAY more options here. They also have an option to warm up your burrito half way through making it so the cheese can melt, you can have cheese inside & on the top. It has a very nice beach vibe to it & it was very clean. The staff was also very helpful (they didn't even know it was my first time here) & they were being very kind & patient. 100% recommend trying it even if it's a little bit of a drive, I'm definitely coming back! read more

I love, love, love Costa Vida, HOWEVER, about 75% of the time when I go through the drive through, I have missing items! I try to check my bags before I leave, but with a line of cars behind me, I don't want to hold things up. Today they forgot my guacamole and queso... which, by the way, isn't cheap. WARNING: If you go through the drive though, CHECK YOUR BAGS! Or better yet Costa Vida, have a system put in place to verify that the entire order is in the bag before it goes out the window.
