The casher was helpful and called someone on the radio to meet me over at the sanitary dump. A few moments later, the black water was dumped and the hose with flush water had cleaned out the tank. All good and for $10, a decent deal. Not all Love's have these but this one does and that's good enough. It is right next to the highway making for an easy return to travel. So on a 90 degree day someone left their dog in their car. Like any decent human we let customer service know what kinda car it was and they just asked if the windows were cracked, and they were, then seemed to brush it off. We were in there for about ten minutes and was still there the dog was panting pretty fast when we came out so we called non emergency and waited to see if someone came to the car. Now knowing that it was an employee's son that was shopping and picking her up made it 100 times worst. They could've pave the car owner or just talk to her since they known and do something about it. I was enraged and called to talk to the store director, who had a nonchalant attitude about it and immediately knew who the car belong to. And said that they don't do anything about animals only for kids. Just saying animals are living creatures too so maybe she should sit in the car for 15 minutes at least on a day like this and see how she feels when no one does anything to help. First trip, we located all our listed items, and price compared from the ads, flipp and ad-hoc searches. In checkout with David as our cashier, who was very personable and funny, we needed price override and manager Tom helped out. He explained that an old barcode caused the issue. Afterwards I noticed we didn't get discount with a package coupon so Ty customer service helped with that. Now this store is organized with fluidity and "customer is right" idea. LOVE IT! As I said I had to return a couple more times: missed bundle discount using digital coupon... again Ty handled that with such kindness. Everyone we encountered was so helpful, had a pleasant and good attitude. You could tell they loved working there together as a team too!
