I ordered the 2 Smothered Burritos with Cheese ($13.99). Unfortunately, this one just wasn't for me. The burritos were filled mostly with beans and had very few pieces of chile verde pork. I was expecting much more of that chile verde flavor and meat, so I didn't care for the dish at all. That said, we also ordered the Super Nachos with grilled steak ($12.99) for the table, and those were excellent! I'd honestly return for the nachos alone. I also had a Michelada ($8.99 each), which was VERY good and another highlight of the meal. Our table tried several other items, including 4 Asada Tacos ($10.49), 2 Chile Verde Enchiladas ($13.49), Bean & Cheese Burrito ($11.49), 2 Chicken Enchiladas ($13.49) and another order of 2 Smothered Burritos with Cheese ($13.99). Soft drinks and iced tea were $3.30 each. Despite being disappointed with my entrée, I'm giving La Hacienda 4 stars because the restaurant was very busy, the service was great, the place is nicely designed, and the nachos and Michelada showed me there are definitely some winners on the menu. I'll absolutely return and try some different options next time -- but those Super Nachos will definitely be on the table again!

Normally, all pork is delicious, tender, crispy, and dry...and goes perfectly with the rest of the meal. But these three instances of having some of these globs of pork fat is too much for me...especially so many times this year. I thought that management there at Gual's should know about this. Not sure if it is customary to have these fat globs mixed it to the lean meat, but wow, it really detracts from what was supposed to be a wonderful meal. We're going to give Gual's a break for awhile. Maybe come back next year..and hopefully the kitchen will address this issue. Two Stars for some rather odd surprises that really ruin the carnitas plate.

I am obsessed with this Costa Vida! As a glutard (a.k.a person who cannot eat gluten) I have been very impressed with Costa Vida. They require all of their employees to wash their hands and change their gloves before making gluten-free food. They have also come out with a new tortilla that is bigger than those old crappy corn tortillas and tastes a lot better! With the new tortilla they can make glutarded tacos, burritos and quesadillas, which are my personal favorite! I am extremely sensitive to gluten and I have never been sick from Costa Vida! It's always comforting to find good places to eat when you have food restrictions. read more

I've been a loyal customer at your Draper location for over 4 years, but I'm beyond disappointed with the recent experiences. The portion sizes have become laughably small, especially when compared to other Costa Vida locations. And let's not even get started on the bad attitudes I've encountered from your staff. We used to come here often but it seems lately things are going in the wrong direction. My go to meal is always the chicken salad. My husband always gets the pork burrito. The portions seem to get skimpier as time goes on. Maybe they're trying to increase profits. Either way, what used to be a nice place has been replaced by Cafe Rio. read more

It's similar to the chicken wonton tacos, I think just with a different filling. Then there was this loaded potato "waves". It looked interesting so we got that to share too along with the onion rings. A few of my crew still got the Really Big Meal Deal Bacon Cheeseburger with drink and endless fries for just $10 bucks. That's a deal. I splurge a little and got the fish and chips, I never had these here at Applebee's before. The food comes out in not too much time and everybody digs in. Those new loaded potato waves were sort of like thick potato chips with bacon and cheese and onions on top. Pretty good, I'd say, the crew demolished them! Onion rings here are the crunchy kind with a corn meal batter. The new bacon cheese burger wonton tacos were very good, I'd get those again. My fish and chips were different than a lot of fish and chip offerings at other restaurants. The fish pieces were more thick and hefty and had a thinner batter, not a fried crunchy as other places. I thought it was OK, I mean different and still good. You get three hefty pieces along with the fries. I might pass on this next time, but it was still decent. The crew was all happy with their lunch, we go to Applebee's a lot, so they all know what to expect, no matter what location we go to.

Please look over your scanner again and make sure the math on it is correct. Another thing. I ordered their newest item which was the fettuccine Alfredo and Parmesan crusted chicken. It was very over cooked. My partner and I most likely won't be coming back in a while.
