The experience was vastly different; the tortilla bowl was warm and fresh, the chicken was fresh, the serving of chicken plentiful, and THE DRESSING LOOKS AND TASTES like dressing, not watered down. Arrived at 2:15 pm on a Monday of a Holiday week. Parking was available and accessible. The line was long when we arrived, but the service was efficient and we got through quickly. Ordered the steak salad and steak burrito. Both meals were consistent with the taste and quality we expect from Costa Vida. The forks were out but promptly restocked upon request. A staff member was walking around the dining area wiping down tables and asking if anyone had trash he could clear. It was highly appreciated, especially knowing that the store was busy and that sort of task is often overlooked at busier times. The ambience was nice, with festive Christmas decorations for the Holiday Season. Highly recommend this location. read more

I typically get a small pork salad with black beans, and it's pretty much always the same. I appreciate reliability. I've come a few times and their salad is amazing! Always fresh and delicious! I ask for the tortilla and rice on the side. They always do it for me nicely. The service is always nice too. I have never run into a mean employee. I do wish they added more meat to the salad, but not enough to dock a star. Also, their drinks are great!
