This was the worst Taco Bell I've ever been in. First, the bathroom smelled like a sewer. But, apparently only the women's bathroom. But nowhere else in the restaurant and the food was good and made as ordered. So all of that was fine. But I had a big issue with the guy who said his name was "Joe" My husband and I were sitting at the table and our daughter went up to ask for water cups. The lady behind the counter went to hand her them when this "Joe" decided to stop what he was doing at the drive thru and rush over and tell her not to give her cups. He told our young teen "we don't give water cups out to teens." We questioned him "you don't give out water cups?" (We never go to this Taco Bell location usually. But frequent various others 1 to 2 times a week for years.) So this was news to us. He continued to actually say "Oh, I'll give the water cups to you. But not to her." Umm, excuse me, what?!? We were pretty mad, so when trying to talk to him further he said "well teenagers steal the drinks and throw the cups around and make mess." Hmmm... yeah, because adults never steal anything, right? Well, of course we told him as much and how his biased opinion on teens is less than savory. He said "he's never seen an adult take soda when they have a water cup." First of all I doubt that, second of all just because you don't see it doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Anyway, the whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. We are regulars, and to insinuate my kid would steal drinks... here's a thought maybe only punish the ones who you catch stealing? ! read more

This was honestly laughable. How can anyone serve this? I didn't have high expectations with it being Taco Bell, but COME ON! lol this was the beefy 5 layer burrito I received, which only had beans and cheese and was 80% tortilla. And this was the Crunchwrap supreme I received, which only had sour cream, lettuce, and tomato. How do you mess these simple things up THAT bad?! It really made me laugh. It almost seems like it's on purpose because idk how anyone can mess it up that much. Also didn't put any sauces in that I ordered and service was super slow. read more

August 8th 2025, Worst taco bell experience of my life Showed up to the drive through with my girlfriend just wanting to get us some late night food when we were greeted with quite possibly the snobbiest worker ever. Everything he said was sarcastic, impatient and just plain rude. He finished taking our order after the entire interaction had gone to shit, we were so appalled and taken aback by the way we were treated during the process of our order being taken, after every response he gave us my girlfriend and I would look at each other in disbelief with ours jaws on the floor. We then drove up to the window to pay and get our food when we were greeted with a cashier rolling his eyes at us. We didn't even think twice so we just left, didn't pay, didn't get the food. Went somewhere else to get food instead, great going Taco Bell you ruined my night and the rest of my week. I'm not sure who it was taking our order (However, I'm not sure it matters because it seems we have this experience every time we go) but I hope you have the worst shitting experience of your life next time you need to use the toilet. Safe to say I will not be dining here anytime soon, maybe look into getting some new workers! read more

We have been ordering on the app and picking up on the drive thru lately. It feels more productive and gives them more time to prepare it. The workers seemed like they were having a good time on their shifts so I feel like that's a good sign. Helps the time pass. Our order was correct and everything was as expected. If you have a hankering for Taco Bell, this is not a bad choice. Also as of December 24th they have nacho fries again. Those are honestly so dang good. Terrible service the last time i went! I have had troubles at taco bell draper I ordered one cheese quesadilla and the food took 14 minutes and nobody was in the drive through. They made me late for work. I saw workers in there not working and laughing. Today I went into taco bell on my break and i bought a baja blast mountain dew and she gave me the cup but didn't give me all my change. They saw my receipt and spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if they should give me my change and finally later they gave it to me. I do not recommend draper taco bell. read more

The interaction started off terribly when the gal taking my order was impatient & pushy and made me feel disregarded when I apologized and asked for a minute while we were getting our order together and kept pressing if I was ready yet to order. At store 025389, it started with the bathroom. Women's was out of order, and men's was a disaster - dirty toilets, garbage overflowing, etc, etc. Ordered food at kiosk and waited over 10 minutes, still no food. Shift manager walking around, talking, not helping other employees. Kid making our food, leaving it on prep station, scratching his head with no clue and no direction. Food out in the open half made, unsanitary. My wife asked where our food was at. Immediately, the shift manager told my wife she was being rude, which made my wife mad. Then she had the store manager come out who immediately called my wife rude again without even asking a question. Shift manager was a large colored lady with a nose ring, who kept calling us sweetie and honey, also rude. They said the problem was they could not see our order on the screen, but when I asked for my money back, girl read it off the screen to the store manager so we could receive our refund. My wife was a Taco Bell store manager years ago before she became a nurse, so she knows how to run a store, and this was not it. If you have a chance, avoid this place. I am fortunately had to make the choice to stop here because my kids are starving. One of my kids was smart he went to Wendy's and got chicken nuggets, but the rest of us decided to enter Taco Bell. Did the court in this place looks like it was from the 90s which I think most of the materials used to build my food was left over from there as well. The furniture and decor are in bad repair, with an overall dirty appearance. Our food appeared to be slopped together, taco shells broken. None of which resembled the pictures from the menu. Also, when did Taco Bell become so expensive? For three combo meals a cost almost $30. I could've gone to a better restaurant for that amount of money. read more

I would like to leave this location a no star review. We ordered dinner for three of us through the Taco Bell app to be picked up in the lobby. When we arrived the lobby was closed. The only option appeared to be the drive up window. After 15 minutes in line, we were informed they did not receive our order. I showed the employees my app and email confirmation. They would not honor the order and suggested I reorder and pay for it a second time. They directed me to the app for a refund. I filled out the online form two weeks ago. I haven't heard back. I do not recommend this location because of their slow and unprofessional treatment of customers. read more

I went a few weeks ago and ordered a Crunchwrap supreme with chicken instead of beef. They charged me extra for the chicken. But they still gave me beef! I was annoyed, but I know mistakes happen. I wasn't going to drive back 10 minutes just to have them fix it. I went again a week later and told them what happened. I explained and asked if I could get the chicken one today without being charged for it since I was charged last time and never got it. They gave me the chicken one for free! Didn't charge me at all. My wife and I were at this Taco Bell yesterday for lunch which is not uncommon as we visit often. What was uncommon was the fact that our wait at the counter was extremely long and it appeared that there was no management whatsoever. When we finally got our food and opened it to put on hot sauce we found there was no sour cream. I took the food back to the counter and asked the employee where our sour cream was and he told me they didn't have any sour cream. How do you operate a Mexican restaurant without sour cream? We must have been there on the day the manager was working who didn't order the ground beef on a previous occasion. One other thing. The music playing through the overhead speakers was so loud that we couldn't carry on a meaningful conversation. Perhaps that was to compensate for the lack of sour cream? read more

For the third time on a Sunday morning at 9:33 (they open at 9am) the staff in the restaurant have ignored a customer in the drive thru because there was no one at the window - even though two employees inside were doing nothing. I called them on the phone and they said they were putting their truck away. I told them that they were ignoring a customer in the drive thru when all they needed to do was show a little common sense and decency and at least let the customer know what was happening. I was told it was because they didn't have an employee at the window. Well, guess what, they could have walked a few feet to the window to let the customer know.
