I turned on my phone and found this shop! We walked over and were greeted with a smiling face of the sweetest girl ever! She was so kind (we looked bedraggled) and recommended the combo meal for us. The dinning area is cozy and surprisingly spacious! They have a big menu with custom drinks and lots of treats. I got a turkey bacon sandwich with banana cream pie. My dad also got the turkey bacon sandwich but he got the potato soup instead. I was very impressed to learn from our waitress that the bread on the sandwiches is made at the restaurant. Everything tasted wonderful but the only two things that I had to knock off a star from is that the soup was very thick and a little bland. And my banana cream pie was all cream and no pie. Which was a shame since when I did have filling it was DELICIOUS! Over all I would definitely recommend this if you need a place to relax and have some food. Yes that is a capital D. All in all I will keep supporting the five guys franchise. I think they have a great product.

China is a big country and whether it is authentic Chinese or not I liked Panda Express a lot. The girl who stated she is the manager of this location is surely one unlucky Pandeja. Even my spouse who has decades of supervisory experience refused to believe that Vanessa is the manager at this weird place. You are in a customer service not on Nevada's ranch, drop the attitude. What do I know? Made an order for specific time, paid $60, arrived 7 minutes after it was confirmed to be hot and fresh and ready for pickup. Nothing wrong with that. Decided to treat my family and brighten our Sunday right after we mourned a loss of the family member the day before. Can work it out later, or can I? Peter denied Jesus 3 times before the rooster crowed. Vanessa, the manager, denied ever being able to find my order 7 times in less than 20 minutes. Few times she just grabbed my phone which I never intended on fully giving her was using it just to show her numbers. Hope she did not steal financial info used to make an order. Her attitude was very hostile and innerving. She made me feel uneasy. Once she even wrote some numbers with the sharpie on her...hand...Made funny faces at me like that fish you just took out of the water for the next 3-4 minutes while telling me "I can't find your order". What was she expecting on my part? An advice to do her job and look a bit harder? Like if at first you don't sucede, just try then try again? Assistance in searching for it on her turf? I always try to stay employed, but rarely feel generous enough to randomly send $60 into a space. I had all the proofs about the order being placed, received and fulfilled on their end yet the so called "manager" refused to either give me my order, remake it if they gave it to someone else, or refund it at the very least till I said my next stop would be to file a police report as Vanessa's behavior was juvenile. Then the arrogant Vanessa miraculously found the order and got it refunded telling me to wait business days to be compensated for that very order they allegedly never received. Only made fool of herself and disappointed 4 people. Not a biggie. She denied ever receiving the order 9 times in total during the 30 minutes I tried to pick up the "express" one and apologized 0 times, treated me like I was mentally retarded and not comprehending what was going in. I also plead my case with Martin who offered no help. Hope they get bankrupt and other franchisee buys them. For a quick bite pick McDonalds across the street, quality is always consistent, for Chinese if you got a minute just go to Mandarin House. P.S. Someone told me manager was promoted from within. That and a fact that I reported what happened to corporate few days ago and was not even dignified with a response tells me everything I need to know about their true values. Would not support the business that endorses this approach.
