I felt very disrespected while I was hardly enjoying my food. The lady was mopping and trying to take out the garbage mid meal. Yesterday was my Boyfriends Birthday and we chose to eat at Panda. We were going to eat at Texas Road House but we're too tired to dine in and just wanted to grab our food and eat at home. We had just come off a 8 hour road trip and like I said was his Birthday. I asked if they had any specials for Birthdays the girl said yes a free entree' I said if it's free, we'll take it. We also had a 20% off code we used and another girl chimes in and said she couldn't give the free entree' for his Birthday because we were doing 20% I said ok... never mind then... they charged us for the entree' then the manager came said she couldn't refund us to our card because she would have to refund the whole order and I said ok so refund the whole order to the card and than re-ring it up without the entree'. The Manager said she didn't want to do that, mind you other ppl are in line behind us waiting. They made a huge deal about it I get the Manager getting involved but the other girl did not need to get involved, there was 3 girls b*tching at my boyfriend in front of other customers DURING his Birthday, fuck*ng un-acceptable customer service, it was a horrible experience. None of them ever smiled not once including the Manager. We go there all the time and they are never happy. The Manager needs replacing and the 2 girls need better training. It was his Birthday you couldn't honor your word and just throw in the free entree' you'd rather lose customers and make a scene in front of everyone and make everyone wait. After a 8 hour drive.. I felt so bad for my boyfriend. They also removed samples recently and their Walnut Shrimp you pay extra for is 90% of the time VERY fishy and makes you sick. You also pay a premium price for it. Before you could sample it to know if it was fishy or worth paying premium for, now you can't. So it's a high risk you are throwing away your money for food you wont eat or will get sick from. Terrible customer service. I found a hair in my Beijing Beef and called to let them know, but they refused to replace my meal because I didn't have the receipt. I always decline receipts since I prefer not to handle them (they contain BPA, which isn't great to touch). I ordered through door dash and called to ask they put sauce in my bag and the girl over the phone was very sweet. When I received my order there was a bunch of sauce in it and I thought it was sweet so I called back to get the girls name it was I think Jenny or something like that. When I tried to ask what the girls name is again so I can leave a good review I kept getting hung up on. The girl would say "hello hello, I can't hear you" and hang up every time. I thought my phone was the problem but I was consistently hung up on. After the 5th try the guy told me to stop calling and blocked my number I'm very confused and honestly pissed off. Whoever yall had on drive thru tonight put her somewhere else she doesn't belong dealing with your customers, got to the window and kindly asked her before paying for my order if I could add an egg roll to my order and she straight looked me dead in the face and said no... then proceeded to spend the next 10-15 mins explaining to me she would not add that to my order because it's to time consuming... make that math math.... They tell me to pull into spot #1. 20 minutes later, I called the store and said I think you forgot about me...Nope she said-coming out with your order now. She takes food out to spot #2 and the car takes the food, and leaves. Another 10 minutes goes by...a girl comes out and said what did you order? We gave your food to the wrong car! Was visiting East Idaho for work back in October, bought some mushroom chicken and broccoli beef with chow mien when I got back to the hotel it tasted off. I drove back and the manager said to throw it out and they would reimburse me. Going through my taxes now I realized the money was never reimbursed to my card. Only $8.37 still not good business practice with travelers. I often eat at Panda Express here in the Bay Area and when I work in L.A. Thanks to that tiny screw up in Idaho I think I'm done with this company. read more

Drive thru lady got the orders wrong multiple times. We corrected her. At the window, we were told the Beijing Beef would be 5-8 minutes, so they parked us. Ten minutes later, they came out with the wrong order. Finally, we got what we thought was correct, only to get home and find out the one item they didn't get in our bag was the Beijing Beef they parked us for in the first place. The food was terrible. I don't normally go through the drive thru but today I did. I was just trying to get some food for my daughter and I. The young lady that took my order didn't hear me correctly when I ordered a cub meal. I didn't realize until I was in Blackfoot which is about 20-30 mins away. I called letting them know that my daughters order wasn't right and is slightly allergic. Whoever answered me said to come back in and switch it. When I did about hour and half later the same young lady was already irritated with another customer who happened to be a veteran. He also didn't get the right food too. I wasn't mad or upset just wanted to get my daughter her food. She is the one that loves going here to eat. When I got my food it was still the same as what I got instead of what I wanted. Then she wanted to sit there a scold me about not getting the right food. Why didn't I do knock on the window why didn't I noticed sooner. Well I told her it was simply busy and I need to go do what I needed to do which is why I ordered at the window. If I had time to go in to order, sit down and eat I would have. Made me laugh that she can say that when she is the one that had gotten my order incorrect in the first place. But it's all said and done with. It's been a long time since I've eaten at this local Panda Express. 1st of all , instead of giving you a container of sweet-and-sour sauce they give you to go packets that have less than a teaspoon of sauce in them. When you ask them if they give you enough, they lie. I get my food home dish it up onto a plate because I don't like to eat out the Styrofoam containers, and the rice is crunchy not a little crunchy but were talking straight out of Uncle Ben's Box crunchy. I paid good money for disgusting food. I want my money back but I know if I call I won't get it because that's how it works today. Food was horrible today! There was a "limited menu" due to Covid 19. None of my favorites were available. I settled for Kung Pao Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken with white rice. What I received was rubbery Teriyaki Chicken in huge chunks! Not cut or sliced like in the picture on the menu board. Very misleading! Also, I received fried rice and I ordered white! How hard is it to get that right? Sad quality control or lack of. Also, I have noticed the white to go box is much smaller now and very shallow so the quantity received was very small and not very generous. All in all it was horrible. Unfriendly staff and a very rude employee named Sade on August 21, 2022. Will not revisit this location. Never felt so unwelcome in a food establishment in all of my 60 years. My wife made some rather unsavory comments about Sade to me as we left as well. Food was mediocre and portions incorrect due to receiving what was left in the bottom of the serving pan rather than when freshly prepared. The food was great and everything but the lady who got our food I didn't get her name, she rang us our orders all wrong. we got a 10$ meal That came WITH A DRINK!!! we did not get the drink in the order she made us pay 5$ extra for the two drinks in a separate order and the other order we got was less then 8$ and some how our order was 38$and again we had to pay 5 extra $ for the drinks! I ordered the beef and broccoli at the drive up window, I ordered the same thing less than a year ago, then it came in one big Togo bowl, beef, broccoli and rice it was delicious! Then today I ordered the same thing, I got 2 small boxes mostly broccoli a few pieces of beef, no rice cost me $10.28 I called to see if there was a mistake, no for $10 that wAs all I got and the broccoli is not cooked enough, hard to chew! The girl at the window was sweet, but doesn't make up for the horrible food I got for WAY TOO much money!! I will never eat there again and I totally encourage others to go elsewhere!!!! I am generally a fan of Panda Express, BUT...this particular store has all kinds of problems. The food was cold, I mean cold, the staff was totally indifferent to complaints, the tables were dirty and the list goes on. When I ordered, I said I wanted two entrees and I was told that the noodles counted as one entree, when in fact they are a side. I went back and to get it corrected and the server rolled his eyes and said, "what do you want?" I got my second entree and it was cold. The table my family and I were sitting art was dirty and when I asked to get it cleaned the server (The same one who rolled his eyes.) sent a girl to a different part of the restaurant to clean those tables. When they "cleaned the tables", the edges of the table was very sticky with food on them. I finally told the server, they eye roller, that I wanted to have the manager come to our table. When the manager got to the table, I told her that our food was cold, I had her feel the table and she felt it and said, "Sorry" and didn't even offer to clean it. It was obvious where the server learned to roll his eyes because her response was to roll her eyes and ask what I wanted, with the attitude, that all this guy wants is some free food. She brought back one order of food that was also cold and literally threw it on the table and left. We are in the process of moving to Pocatello and was shocked at the attitude of the staff in this store. There needs to be some serious re-training in this store and it would probably be a good idea for a few of the staff to find other employment. read more
