Both items are delicious and very similar (tortilla, rice, beans, cheese, meat & sauce with lettuce and pico de gallo on the side) but I find that I enjoy the different flavors of their sweet pork and cilantro lime rice more when I eat the enchiladas as the rice and beans are on the side instead of being mixed into the burrito. This weekend, on the way home from camping in Idaho, we stopped in Pocatello for lunch. We were craving Tex-Mex and we both agreed that we had a higher opinion of Costa Vida than Cafe Rio, so we headed to Costa Vida. When we got there, we found that the Pocatello Costa Vida was not open on Sunday, so we had lunch at the Cafe Rio. I was very disappointed with Cafe Rio's food; while it was similar to Costa Vida, it just wasn't nearly as good.
