We have been quasi-regulars for the past 2 years and have watched both the customer service level go down and the food quality shrink. We understand being short-staffed. We're from one of the nearby tourist meccas and you can never have enough employees. However, when your staff is overworked and tired they need to let your customers know they're doing their best. Last night the gentleman at the cash register couldn't be bothered to say, "Hello," let alone make eye contact. Is he worn out from too many shifts? Does he not know that he should be greeting customers? If he had said something along the lines of, "So sorry I had my back to you for so long, these to-go orders are crazy tonight!" we might have understood. ! As it was, when we left, I wondered why we had bothered spending our hard earned money there. Now, the food. Not bad. We appreciate that you're open on Sundays.
