The food was good, but when I asked for a drink, it took her two hours to get my drink. I already had all of my food ate by the time I got my drink. Also she mocked me when I was talking two stars. I don't recommend this place. read more

My wife went here and the fook was ok but when going to pay her bill was 19.49. She handed the male cashier $40 and told him she needed change for a tip and he only gave her 18.23 back. When confronted about the wrong ammount he argued with her and would not give back the full ammount. She then just left a tip a exited the restaurant. I do not recomend unless you are ok with being ripped off for mediocre food. Will not be visiting again read more

Our son's favorite restaurant, he loves the bean dip. I like the fact they cater to whatever I ask for

Classy folks and some of the best ACP I've had in a while. I don't usually leave reviews but their hospitality was very refreshing. They do close at 9 on Tuesday even though it says 10pm here. read more

Food was good, but changed shell from a hard shell to a soft shell taco and was charged a dollar extra, lunch menu also states choice of meats but ordered two different meats and was also charged extra for that too. Spoke with owners daughter at register and told her that the waitress (or menu) stated nothing about additional charges, and she stated that she could do nothing about it. If customer service is in your expectations think twice, We expressed that we would not be back, and we're told "well that's your choice". read more

My food was burnt not really authentic Mexican food. The salsa is in the corner of the building and you have to serve yourself and they have little ounce cups. You have to ask for a bowl and make sure to ask for a few of them so you can try different types since they are not offered or mentioned. I will not return here, it did not have the flavors I was looking for or the chili's chili . read more

One of the few places that does not fill the plate with rice and beans and then add the entree. The asada burrito was large, the meat was good, and it was fillng without being stuffed. The beans were also good. The rice was dry, but adding the chip salsa made it better. The salsa is good. Not very spicy, but flavorful. The chips seemed fresh. Ask for the red and green salsas. They are pretty spicy and very good. Add some red to the chip salsa for a spicy and flavorful treat. read more

I was a bit worried when I pulled up on a Saturday evening & there were only 6 cars in the lot, I almost left. I am very happy I took a chance the Flautas were delicious! Service was a little laidback than most Mexican restaurants but that is ok too it offered me a few minutes to decompress, enjoy the chips & salsa before my dinner arrived. I encourage others to stop by & give them a chance. read more

Costa Del Sol - Chicken flautas - Mexican Near Me - Greeneville, Tennessee

Best Mexican in Greeneville! Friendly people, and great food. Doesn't look like much but great place for lunch or dinner.

Meh. First let me say, the service is great. Very nice, very attentive, quick on refills, fast on taking orders and bringing food. But the food... not so great. It's not that it's terrible food, it just isn't good. The tortilla chips and salsa are gratis and came right away. The chips are fine but the salsa is just crushed tomatoes with maybe some seasoning. No onion, no cilantro, just crushed tomatoes. Meh. I ordered a favorite of mine, Chiles Rellenos. They tasted reheated, like they had been made, frozen, thawed and then heated. The egg batter was dry and leathery with a bit of a bitter burnt taste. The chile inside was mushy and flavorless and it had almost no cheese stuffed in it. The sauce was also bland and had a weird, unpleasant texture. The rice was dry - drier than any other Mexican rice side I've ever had. The beans were the tastiest part of the meal but the portion was small and they were just... meh. My husband ordered Camerones a la Diabla (She-Devil Shrimp) and it's supposed to be spicy. I know you see where I'm going with this! It was not. Actually, it was quite bland and the shrimp were tough and overcooked. There are a lot of Mexican places in the area and since our favorite, Morelia's in Bulls Gap, closed down, we've been looking for a new favorite. This will not be it. read more

Favorite restaurant in Greeneville!! Great staff & great food. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

The food was great! The house made green hot sauce was amazing, it had just enough heat for you to know it was there but the flavor was amazing. I'm not sure you could get anything bad out of this kitchen! read more

I've been there twice. While the owners are friendly, the food is just average. The salsa most definitely is NOT fresh. Jarred salsa is a good reason not to go to a Mexican restaurant, IMO. It's not bad... It's just not particularly good. And there are much better Mexican restaurants around town to go. Try one of the Casa Guerro's. They have better pricing and better salsa. read more

Doesn't look like much from the outside- just a picnic table on a porch in front of a window - but don't let that fool you. First class food with a lot of variety on the menu. Great service and it fills up fast on a Sunday afternoon. read more

People drive 80 miles to come here, so the locals say. Every, single, thing is delicious here. Absolutely, get the guacamole. The salsa and chips...mmmm...homemade corn tortillas. I will never come to Greeneville again without coming here. read more

Most authentic Mexican place that I've been to. Some are used to taco bell and if that's you're idea of Mexican then don't go here. But if you know what real Mexican is supposed to taste like, this is the place by far!!! Great food and great service! read more

The food is good but terrible service. There are only four tables to wait on. The waitress brought drinks but is talking to other coworkers and not taking orders. read more

Nothing really memorable good or bad for this place. Food was fine, service was fine. If I had a complaint it would be portions are kinda small and it's beer only, no liquor license. I did enjoy my meal, but honestly I don't even remember what I got to eat--friendly folks though. read more

4 stars is as high as I would rate a Mexican restaurant as it's never my choice as a lunch spot. Some are definitely worse than others but I've never been blown away by any either. Costa Del Sol however, was definitely a step above your average strip mall, small town Mexican restaurant. I had the special quesadillas and my goodness, they were so fresh and the chicken was quality and plentiful. I finished both and probably should have stopped at 1.5. Service was prompt and friendly enough. The price was very reasonable. I would happily return here again. read more

Not from Greenville but stopped in for a quick lunch during a business trip. The guacamole is spot on and the reason why I give a 5. The mixed fajitas were also delicious. read more

The food is very good and the service is excellent. We're new to town and have tried this place twice and will continue coming back. It's never busy typically and that's surprising. Don't let the empty parking lot fool you, give this place a try. read more

Recently moved to Greeneville from Arizona and we are very well versed in good mexican food. I have been worried that it would be hard to find here in TN however Costa Del Sol has taken my worries away. Stopped in for lunch there today and had Rellanos. WOW was I pleased. They were very good! The staff was friendly and enjoyable as well. I would recommend trying them out if you like more authentic style mexican food I am sure you won't be disappointed. I am looking forward to our next visit :) Note: If they had margaritas I would have given them 5 stars. read more

Back again! Had a big hankering for tacos. Then I spotted the tamales! Had both. Awesome. The beef hard shells are as good as real tacos get. The pork tamales were amazing. Ask for the sauces. They come out in a catsup and mustard bottle. The green is in the mustard and the red in the catsup. The green is good, the red to die for. But you better like spicy if you pour those on. All in all, one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. read more

The food is amazing! The staff is friendly. The only thing I would reccomend is a better parking lot.

Amazing.. the food was great, fresh, hot, cooked perfect. I had ACP con frijoles.. and finally I found tacos de pastor... perfect.. I would highly recommend this place. The staff was cleaning the restaurant the whole time I was there read more

Good authentic Mexican food. Loved the guacamole dip. It is a small type place that makes you feel comfortable. Plus it is quiet and relaxing if you are not wanting to be around a large group. read more

This is the best Mexican food in town. Family owned and operated, this is the real deal. Enchiladas, fajitas, burritos and anything else you can think of are available. read more

This is my favorite restaurant in Greeneville. It's fresh, authentic, and delicious! We eat there at least once a week. The family that owns and operates Costa Del Sol is very sweet and hard-working. One of my favorites is the Mexican Tacos (includes their made-from-scratch soft corn tortillas). read more

It's ok. We eat a lot of Mexican and price wise this one is ok. There is nothing really wrong with it but nothing outstanding either.

Fajita meat was tasty and cooked just right, not overdone. Ordered guacamole appetizer which was also delicious. So happy to find an authentic Mexican restaurant in my new home state! read more

The food and service are top quality. Anything from tacos to shrimp cocktails will have you wanting to come back. Excellent place! Very authentic and very scrumptious! read more

This is the most authentic and delicious Mexican restaurant in Greenville. You can ask for a dish that isn't on the menu such as Chilaquiles and they will make it for you. Their house salsa's are amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Fantastic Lunch. Beer only, but they are working on extending their liquor license. I had the chicken and steak fajita, along with the fresh guacamole. I would add a touch more fresh garlic, but that's my taste. read more
