That being said, I did get a chance to read the reviews, and there are some places where I can understand the complaints that'd been spoken previously. There's even a few small points I could see myself agreeing with based on my own visit. But at the end of the day, it's McDonald's. If you've already had it at other locations, you're getting more of the same here. So let me list some pro's and con's I and my group have encountered on our visit! Pro's: - We got our food pretty quick. I would say like a few minutes after my party's order was placed was when we got our food. - You could actually wipe down the table a bit to make your eating area clean. We sat at Table 124. That table also gave me a chance to look at the trash bin, and it at least wasn't overflowing. Then again, we came on a Sunday at like 8:30 in the morning and were looking to have breakfast. - Two people in my group ordered the Sausage Gravy Biscuits. I asked one of them what they thought, and they believed it to be good, especially when compared to other places such as Hardee's or Waffle House. Now, I am not a local to this area, so I decided to just take their word for it. - The caramel iced coffee I had gotten wasn't bad. I'd still pick Starbuck's over this any day of the week, but on its own it holds its own. - Hash Browns were acceptable. I'd have no qualms having hash browns from them if I came here for breakfast again. - I don't go to McDonald's nearly enough to warrant using their app, but the guy who paid for the entire order did use their app, and the money saved does make a difference here. - We did at least get a thank you for our business as we'd left by one of the women who was walking over to a reserved parking spot, so that was appreciated at least. Con's: - I had told the cashier that I had wanted the #9. This was to be the Crispy Chicken Biscuit. What did I get? The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel, which was #10. The taste wasn't awful, but I still have to mark them off for giving me the wrong item. - My brother and one other guy had burnt coffees. Not only that, but the lidding doesn't do their job. It manages to spill on their shirts like every time. Coffee that is secured properly should not be having this problem, and good coffee most definitely shouldn't be burnt. - If you were to take out the woman who thanked us for our business, then those other reviews that talked about dour customer services begin to make a lot of sense. We didn't get smiled at much, if at all, while we were there. And yes, you could hear some shouting in the background while we were at our table. (Table 124 where we were at was at the other side of the restaurant from the employees, so make of that what you will) - While the place wasn't horror story dirty, you can kind of tell it wasn't entirely clean either. Also, one thing I noticed, the employees have to run the food through the lobby to those who ordered from their drive-thru thanks to how this McDonald's it's set up. Honestly, this might be the first food location I've been to that does this sort of thing. Is that a common thing with TN McD's? Locals let me know. But yeah, I'm gonna just leave an average rating here. There's enough pros and cons that I think they balance each other out. Not a place I would have chosen, but it's just a McD's at the end of the day.
