The other picture is the end result of my hair which is nothing like I wanted. It was also after SEVEN hours of her working on my hair after she had to fix it because the first time the color came out rust red all over. She had blamed the color she purchased saying that it must have been a bad batch. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I told her I would book again so she could get the color correct. She then ghosted me and did not return any of my calls or text messages. I reached out several times overall several weeks and I left messages on her work line as well. Never a return call or return text message. I also spent nearly $400 on this. Please beware before spending your hard earned money with her.

At the front desk I was hesitant because she was a younger stylist but she gave me a good wqsh at the bowl and proceeded to cut my hair. As a former cosmetologist I know exactly what to ask for and she absolutely delivered. She gave me about a two in trim and did a beautiful job at blowing out my hair with the round brush. She cut maybe four inches of hair length or so. Fast forward to the time of payment. I was charged $44 initially. $30 for the haircut, $10 because my hair was too long plus tax. What in the world!? $30 is expensive, in my opinion. What bothers me was charging me "extra" because my hair was too long. Never had to pay extra, never. My mistake was not asking how much they would charge for my haircut in the first place, the prices were not visibly shown inside the shop. I dont like that they added the $10 at whim.Will not be returning here.
