After reaching out it was rescheduled. After preparing my hair for consultation and arriving early. 10 minutes before my appointment I received a cancellation then a we rescheduled you for 15 minutes later. After putting off my daughter's first haircut for many reasons, we finally made it to Amburlee and I am so very grateful for the recommendation. I was VERY particular about who would be the first person I let cut my child's hair. Glad we found the right one! I prefer to focus on positivity, but I know it's important to have all the information, so I will say that she was late for our appointment and also had another client booked at the same time as us, so we didn't get started until about 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. It's been so long since I've been to or in a salon, and I probably have some mini trauma associated with the lack of respect of client time from my previous experiences in salons from back in the day. Rest assured this is NOT that. I was a bit disappointed by the tardiness initially, but she was apologetic and her skills and attention during the visit definitely helped evaporate any misgivings. I'm a very time conscious person and so this one didn't start off good. But I'm super glad I stayed til she made it.
