I showed my uncle David a photo of the storefront after my visit and apparently my aunt Laura's niece owns Púa Blooms. Hope we can meet another time, that drink was the best matcha I've ever had. Another time I came the lady helped give me the name of the songs to their playlist that they play in the store - that was super helpful LOL. Overall, a great experience when I shop here. I like to go here to try on their pieces for sizing and if they don't have it then ordering online is just as effective. As for their pieces in general, it's definitely not cheap. Their pricing is on the higher end, but I feel like if you did not want to drop another couple bands for a luxury piece then Aritizia is the next best thing. I see this being very effective if you want a nice, elevated outfit for business conferences/events, without spending TOO much on it. Lol

My first pickup experience was already frustrating. They couldn't find my order, and I waited about 20 minutes before the supervisor, Jessica, finally brought it out -- without even packaging it properly. The second time, the item I ordered was too small. I looked around to see if I could exchange it for something else, but couldn't find anything, so I asked for a return. I was then told they couldn't process the return because it would take "about 30 minutes," and they asked me to come back the next day instead. On my third visit, I brought the return item back again, only to be told by the cashier that they couldn't process returns because "the system was down." Then the supervisor told me I should just return it by mail. I understand that technical issues and mistakes can happen. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of apology, empathy, or basic customer service throughout all of these interactions. No one seemed concerned about the inconvenience caused to customers. It's unfortunate because I truly love this brand, but this store's service has completely changed my impression.

Otherwise this place is expensive but quality of items are top notch. I always say to splurge on good quality versus spend more on cheaper things to only have to replace them more often. I will say the last time I came into the store, it was quite annoying that a dog was barking quite a bit and then a comment from another customer or friend of the owner not sure. But I definitely ignored the rude remark. I just wanted to do my shopping in peace.
