Yay for BikiniBird!…read more This fun story happened in Ko'Lina, while I was staying with my family at Disney's Au Lani for a few days. Our 3rd visit within the past 5 years. The store was new to us, as it wasn't there when we were last vacationing in Feb 2019 I stopped in after catching sight of a little girls cheetah print reversible one piece bathing suit hanging inside the store. My almost 7 year old daughter tried it on and she LOVED it. Check! Interestingly enough, in the dressing room were some items that looked like they would fit me, including a pair of Stillwater high waisted loose white pants and this killer top by Peixoto that had poofy arms and an open back in a stunning marigold color. The Clara top, it was called. I tried them on, they fit perfect and I HAD to buy them. So I did. Who knew leaving clothes in a dressing room could work out for another potential patron Maybe it's a new sales tactic (if it wasn't already done purposefully). I returned later the next evening to see if there were other suits for my daughter and the sales woman was so lovely. I showed off my new wears from the night before and she told me how the skirt to match the top was to die for and it wasn't at the store but could be found online. I found it later that night from the Peixoto website and ordered it. Thank you Apple Pay. So, in summation, sending along love and gratitude for your beautiful store, well selected items for purchase, and your terrific, on point staff. Plus I noticed you have the roll-on perfumes and candles from Maison Louis Marie, of which their sandlewood scent (the Bois du Bourgeois) I actually brought with me to Oahu. I think our meeting was meant to be. Big, Huge Mahalo!

I only returned items because their sizing chart was so inaccurate. Then they rejected my return over a tiny mark even though the bottoms were only briefly tried on indoors. I paid around $65 and was told on April 3 that the item would be sent back to me if the return was denied. It is now mid-May and I still have not received the item, a refund, or even a follow-up email. Their customer service has been awful throughout this entire process. At this point I feel like I paid for something I don't even have. Between the inaccurate sizing, rejected return, lack of communication, and failure to send my item back, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

Please believe all the bad reviews written here about this place. UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE…read more This business appears to violate consumer protection laws. The customer service experience was extremely unpleasant. The sizing on their website is incorrect, to say the least. You buy a size small (based on what they claim is on the model), and you receive a toddler-sized bikini. Temu-like experience, but way worse as they literally scam people. The return process was equally problematic. They claimed I returned the item without the sizing tag attached - which is a false claim. I even didn't try on this toddler's size bikini set, and the items were sent back in the EXACT same condition I received it only more securely packaged. Their shipping packaging is a joke. A $150 swimsuit was sent in a thin, flimsy envelope without proper protection. I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Please advocate for yourself and your hard-earned money. If you run into the same issue, contact your bank to dispute the transaction and recover the amount charged but better AVOID shopping here.
