Pro tip: if you find something you like, GET IT! Because it'll most likely be gone the next time you go. Everything is that amazing. Every location that I go in I am greeted by the nicest girls with the best customer service. Always smiling and always eager to help you find a certain item or size. They didn't have my size slippers there so they called to see if the other locations did. They did have it elsewhere and I was even able to pay for it there and come back to that location so I didn't have to drive to another store. On top of the amazing in store experiences, I love to follow them on instagram to see when they get new items in. I love watching Kat unbox new items and the try on stories from the Haleiwa stores. If I see something I like and have questions I just send a direct message and she always gets back to me in a timely manner. Highly recommend following them on instagram and going in to shop with them!!

Aloha! For the past…read more12 years, my husband and I have spent the month of January in Oahu. In fact, we stay next door to the former location of Pualani Hawaii Beachwear. One of the first things on my agenda, is to visit the shop and find the perfect suit. I always look forward to seeing what the current year will bring and have never been disappointed! Well, imagine my disappointment this year when I went over to the old location only to see the Pualani of past, gone! Yikes! Thanks to Google, I was overjoyed to see that the NEW location was just about to open up. My daily walk was adjusted to take me there! I arrived during the time they were getting the shop ready for opening day. Iwalani greeted me along with her husband Gordon. While this was the first time I had met them, I was invited in . I couldn't have been treated any better and was thrilled to be able to take a look around even though they hadn't officially opened! I received a first hand account of the history of the company in great detail. I was invited to the grand opening as well. I went to the the opening and had a blast. Even the conch shell sounding and blessing were very special. I still have and wear my first suits from 12 years ago and they still look fantastic. My favorite top is the "Sport Tie". It's great for my daily swim and the bikini bottoms never lose their shape. The quality, style and fantastic customer service is simply unparalleled. They have such a large selection of beautiful colors, styles and patterns that it can be hard to make your final selection. Iwalani has such a great eye for color and really was a great help when I needed to make a final decision on which suits to take home this trip. I've also fallen in love with the skirts and "yogini" tops. The material is so soft and comfortable. I encourage everyone looking for a suit or accompanying wear to go visit Iwalani, Kaz, Mimi and the wonderful team at Pualani. Enjoy a fun and rewarding experience. They make looking for a bikini more fun than you would ever imagine. I only wish everyone associated with the store continued success. They are all so very special. Can't wait until next year!! -Melissa

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Their sizing is completely inconsistent. I…read morenormally wear a small, yet I had to repeatedly exchange sizes because nothing fit correctly. I only returned items because their sizing chart was so inaccurate. Then they rejected my return over a tiny mark even though the bottoms were only briefly tried on indoors. I paid around $65 and was told on April 3 that the item would be sent back to me if the return was denied. It is now mid-May and I still have not received the item, a refund, or even a follow-up email. Their customer service has been awful throughout this entire process. At this point I feel like I paid for something I don't even have. Between the inaccurate sizing, rejected return, lack of communication, and failure to send my item back, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

Very inattentive. I don't know if staff is aware that they are there to work not just stand around, talk, or move merch around. They just glare at you when you walk in. Unacceptable. Turned off by the lack of customer service...I don't expect anyone to roll out a red carpet, but I'm a potential customer and expect to treated as such. My friend bought some items--then they perk up and give half ass help. I passed on making any purchases. I know I'm not the only one to have a negative experience.

So a young family can get matching Hawaiian attire in these beautiful fabrics. They carry a broad range of Hawaiian upscale artisan merchandise. They had a limited selection of Aloha bags in the most recent patterns. Vintage style Hawaiian prints, locally crafted jewelry and a limited amount of home decor are among the shop's offering. The clerks were friendly without being overbearing. Prices were are a premium, but worth it to get genuine Hawaiian products. The shop is located in Chinatown. I bought it back today to try to exchange. I was informed that it was their policy that without a receipt they couldn't do anything and I was stuck with the top. The sales person was the same one who sold me the top the previous day so she knew I purchased it. I had a receipt on my Venmo app as well as in my ApplePay app...still not acceptable. She checked with Roberta Oaks so it is the owners inflexible policy. I will never go to this shop nor will I ever recommend this shop. I gave the blouse away. It's too bad they don't value the satisfaction of their customers.

The coffee shop is separating Olive and Oliver. How cute! I come in about every few weeks to check out if there is anything new and exciting. I'm not a man, but they have some really cool items in the store. Besides clothing, there is toothpaste, ceramic coffee cups, wallets, towels, shoes, belts, vinyl records, and more! They often have sales, so I always check out the rack for gifts. My kids love the socks from here. Very stylish. The sales people are always so nice. I can't gush enough about them. Always with a smile, and always ready to answer any questions. This last visit, my teen got into a discussion with the associate about vinyl records and what bands to check out. Also, Oliver will be coming out with a compilation record next month. It will have covers of great hits, but lounge style, but still local. We were lucky enough to hear part of it. As I browsed around I do love their selection of items from dresses to tees all with such style yet comfort looking I was really tempted to try some on though it was close to closing I decided to come back on another day. Still enjoying so much they have here on the back wall are some home scents like candles and diffusers which was interesting as I took a whiff of them, and the Japanese Yuzu was the winner for me and what a huge bottle it came in making it a lasting scent though I do have plans to pour some it in a cute victorian type of tiny vase I purchased at a downtown floral shop. Looking further they have some cute totes as well like this mini flower bag where the handles are tucked under the other, and a unusual market bag "Hawaii is always a good idea" was really tugging on my love for bags, there's also jewelry in a showcase a bit too big for my liking so I decided to get just the diffuser only to see some hair clips that were just a perfect size and yes is super cute lol! As I decided to purchase that item as well the staff brings out a new one without the price on it which is fabulous as it hasn't been handled by others knowing that is very nice. She goes on to ask if I wanted a bag for $0.50 and with a diffuser I decided to purchase one and y'all I do recommend it as it's a cute canvas long strap sling type of bag very eco friendly and useable these kinda things does makes me giggle lol and why not! Thank you!
