Although we didn't have reservations, the owner got us seated right away! Being that they where so busy, we where super excited to get pedicures! I really admire the employees, and the time they take with each client, it truly shows their great skills. I highly recommend this place not only for their service, but for their prices as well

Very happy with my deluxe pedicure here! Great foot massage/ hot stones/ salt scrub. Luxurious treatment and I was offered bottled water! *FYI they do not take American Express & only accept cash tips!

Nails still looking awesome after nearly two weeks from last fill.

Always super clean and friendly staff! Billy does an awesome job on my nails and the price is perfectly reasonable. Many places shy away from nail shapes other than the basic "round or square" but they alway keep my talons taken care of!

My nails turned green after getting acrylics from here. I am furious and beyond upset. This could of been caused from unsanitary equipment used, or a lack of care when applying the nail because there was a clear gap between the acrylic and the natural nail. NOT HAPPY!

My first manicure & pedicure ever was here. With a friendly staff that take their time with you, the experience proved to be a good one. I also got the leg massage. I chose a French manicure for both my finger and toe nails. The woman working on me worked hard to perfect it. I was amazed. I got the gloss & so far it has stayed on for a week. A friend of mine has had hers on for a few weeks now. I like the idea of not having to paint my nails over and over. One con.....the price. I ordered the $37 deal. I ended up paying $92 (including tip). Ouch! For that price, I don't see me going back often. If so, I would have to get a much cheaper deal somehow.

I went here for a spur of the moment trip with my sister. The staff was friendly and the environment very busy. We were shown to our seats as they asked us what we were they for and showed us colors for our manicures. I went for a gel manicure that cost me $42. Overall I had a great experience besides my nails weren't actually dried and ended up smudging to which they seemed a little irritated and told me I should've put my nails in the light machine that hardens and dries the nails. After informing them I already did once, they said I should've done it a second time which I didn't know. This in turned messed up the lines on my left hand which they tried to redo but it only left them to be very thick. Overall I enjoyed it but I was little dissatisfied with the way it ended. Still a great place especially for a basic manicure, the paint looked beautiful!

I went to get a pedicure, just wanted a simple ombré with glitter the lady was extremely rude. Rushed through it. I'm not sure if she didn't know what ombré meant but my toes look like crap and she didn't even massage my feet she exfoliated my legs and then just started painting. And charged me and extra $8 for glitter that looked like a 12 year old did. Poor service I've never walked out of a nail salon so upset with my service...

Great nail techs but the blonde receptionist has zero customer service skills and is insanely rude. Definitely lost a customer today.

I like the personal touches they offer such as the Voss water, Perrier, candy/mints and wine.

I had such a great experience at Sue's Nails. To start off, I ended up getting there earlier than my appointment, and they sat me down no less than 5 minutes after I arrived even though it was before the time, so great service there in honoring appointment times. I got dip powder done with tip extensions, and I think they turned out great. My nail technician was awesome. She really took the time to make sure each of my nails matched in the length and shape. Along with that, she was very friendly and we got to chat a little while she worked tediously. I would definitely recommend this place. Here's a picture of my nails below.

I gave up 2.5 hours, $120 for damaged nails!! I went to…read moreSue's nails about a week ago for a no chip manicure, and a pedicure. The visit started well, and the woman who did my pedicure was very pleasant. It wasn't the best pedicure, but it also wasn't the worst. I was then given to a different tech for my no chip manicure. The tech suggested dip powder instead, and informed me that the no chip manicure was 38, and the dip would be 46. But I let her that since I already had a no chip color picked to match my toes (they stated they didn't have the same color in a dip) that I didn't want to do the dip this visit, because the color wouldn't match. The tech then proceeded to put an acrylic powder on my nails with a clear nail polish. I was not asked if I wanted to do an extra service, and I didn't say anything because in my mind we already had the plan set. So I figured it was some kind of strengthening technique. but somehow, my total came up to 46 anyway. So I was given a service that I didn't ask for, and then charged for it. At that point I was there for well over two hours, and I wasn't in the mood to argue. I went to pay, and I was informed they only accept tips via cash or Venmo. So I had to drive around and look for an ATM in order to tip the techs, and that's when I noticed a nail that had imperfections. Therefore, I had to also have them fix that nail. And the way it was fixed was by putting a whole other layer of polish. Which made the nail extremely thick! Less than a week later, it all chipped off, and now my nails are completely damaged!
