Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. After looking it over Joe (the owner) gave his recommendation and we scheduled the work. The workers who arrived were on time, friendly and courteous. Joe again responded to the request and we set up the work for that project. I had a great experience working with Anthony from Prime Time Electrical. We needed 2 old fans…read morereplaced and installed with new ones and a 3rd old fan replaced with a light fixture. It was very easy to get an estimate for the work just over text message, and Anthony was upfront and detailed about the cost of the work that might need to be done. He found out that one of our old fans was not installed up to code, and he fixed it so that we could properly install our light fixture, all while keeping his promise of not having to open any drywall! He and his partner were really friendly and cleaned up very nicely after themselves after the work was done.
