Manny I spoke with no longer works there and the ASST MANAGER JACK kept stepping aside and making shady phone calls to his general manager named: ARAM. They would not honor it because their previous employees did not document it properly! Which isn't my fault. They verbally told me it was under warranty. (I should of gotten that in writing so my fault ) Months ago I asked for an oil change for my 2022 Chevy traverse and they wanted to charge me 120$ Everything is over priced!!! I had an excellent experience with Alexander Auto Service while diagnosing a persistent misfire on…read moremy 2016 Mercedes-Benz Metris. I had previously taken the van to the dealership, where the spark plugs and ignition coils were replaced, but the misfire was still not resolved. Alexander performed a thorough diagnostic and correctly determined that the fuel injectors were causing the problem. He replaced the injectors and used dealer-level Mercedes diagnostic equipment to properly code and program them to the vehicle. We also discovered significant carbon buildup on the intake valves, which is common on direct-injection engines. Alexander had the proper walnut-blasting equipment and performed an intake-valve carbon cleaning. I was very impressed with his knowledge of Mercedes vehicles, advanced computer diagnostics, fuel-injector programming, and direct-injection systems. His diagnosis was accurate and his work was professional. The shop also provides general auto repair, tires, wheel alignments, transmission repair, and other automotive services. I highly recommend Alexander Auto Service to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic, especially for difficult diagnostic problems that other repair shops or dealerships have been unable to solve.
