I was recommended to Dr. H by a friend, so I went t online and was able to book an appt for the next day. Dr. Hayes met with me and took the time to listen and dig in to my records. He followed up several times when I alerted him I was feeling worse. He took the time to attempt to recover some recent blood work I had done with another doctor and a chest X-ray I had at Urgent Care a month or so prior. He reviewed all and determined the PA at Urgent Care misdiagnosed my symptoms. He put me on correct meds and within a few days, I started feeling better. He told me to come back a few days later, but I had a commitment already at the time he suggested, so he told me to just come in when it's good for me and he would squeeze me in. What a fantastic doctor. Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor. I feel so much better.

Always prompt to pick up the phone, short hold times, I can always reach someone which is huge! My appointments are always scheduled, never any issues with that. I have a ton of family and family friends in medicine so there's always a plethora of knowledge around me; and different opinions. I went on my insurance website and took down bios for about 20 doctors. From there, I vetted them by specialty, location and reviews.I wanted someone personable, who I could relate to, and most importantly- someone smart who knew what they were talking about. I found everything and more in Dr. Daniel. Dr. Daniel is not only smart but she's fantastic at explaining the chemical processes going on in your body. She teaches for Swedish Covenant so she's well versed in all the common questions (that her residents have). She also believes firmly in the osteopathic approach to medicine. That pretty much means she believes in the "whole body" approach instead of just focusing on the body as separate organs. She has an open mind and believes with going with what works. Finally she is personable and encouraging. We talked about random stuff and she made me feel so comfortable. Making an appointment was simple and the office did not feel like a typical medical office. It's located at a former office/administrative building so there is a ton of marble and wall sconces.
