The staff is very friendly and welcoming, front desk lady is pleasant and takes care of all the required paperwork. The office is clean, professional, modern and elegant. Dr. Ana G. is taking the time to actually talk to me, she is always smiling and easy to talk to about any concerns I have. You can immediately tell that she loves what she does, and that she really cares about her patients young and old. I've usually average what seemed like eternity waiting to see the doctor, which turns to be like north of 45 minutes. Today I was lucky a I had an appointment in the morning. But once you get past the two biggest obstacles, the nurses usually are very nice and the doctors are capable and efficient. I've seen two doctors here and both have been very good ones, they understand the issue right away and can come up with a solution pretty quickly. I keep coming here because of the good reputation of north shore and how try are affiliated with U of C. But I hate dealing with the receptionists in the front and hate waiting way past my appointment time. If they could only train the front office better and emphasizing with us, it would go a long way.
