Parking can be a little confusing - the entrance to the lot is off Washington and leads to the back of the building. It's never too crowded though. Take the elevator to the first floor; immediate care is to your right and the waiting area for Dr. Peterson is to the left. Wait time isn't bad, about 5 min in the waiting area and maybe 10-15 in the room. Dr. Peterson is very attentive and I always feel like all of my concerns are addressed. I feel she is very thorough and I can be honest with her. I wish the staff was more attentive in reception; sometimes I stand there for a moment waiting for them to finish a conversation before calling me over. Really rude. Gabrielle (Gabriella?) needs to understand that people have lives to get back to after an acute health event. I spoke with her once about making a followup appointment after a visit to the emergency room and she proceeded to lecture me on how I should have called earlier and maybe then should could have helped me get an appointment sooner. She was so unhelpful that I thanked her and ended the call and made my appointment online. Thank god for technology.

I've been MD hopping since 2006, trying to find a compassionate and trustworthy provider. Glad I found Dr. Oh. I think he is an amazing physician. He's smart and dedicated to his patients. I like that we can call him for urgent care and he can squeeze us in during his office hours. He's pretty much available every day of the week which is a major plus for me. You never know when you're gonna need a doctor for those moments that are not quite emergent but urgent enough that you need a doctor asap. He's pulled us through some frightful times and I'm glad he's in charge. We can talk to him about anything relating to our health without judgement. You know what I mean? Some doctors berate their patients for not making wise and healthy choices. You feel bad instead of better after visiting your doctor. Not Dr. Oh. He will actually listen to you. He will help you and educate you on what needs to be done to keep you healthy... then he'll scare you a little bit so you'll actually do what he tells you! She then called me every other day when I was inpatient on bedrest. ( this was even though I was the patient of the high risk OB/Gyne team at NSU. She and Dr. Ines Bacquero were my OB/Gyne docs for 35 years. I am grateful to Dr. Johnson for her compassion, intelligence and the individual attention she gives to all of her patients. I think more doctors should provide useful information instead of saying whatever gets the patient out of the office quicker. She's been a caring, supportive, competent doctor for the years I've been seeing her.
