I drove over 45 minutes for this appointment, only to be handed additional paperwork when I arrived that had never been mentioned beforehand. I was asked to provide my ethnicity and a copy of my driver's license before they would see me. None of this was discussed when I booked the appointment. Had I known in advance that this information would be required, I could have made an informed decision before making the drive. When I questioned why my race was necessary for what was supposed to be a simple facial -- not surgery -- I was told they "needed to know my race to determine my skin type." That explanation did not sit well with me. Skin type can be evaluated professionally without reducing it to race. Because I was uncomfortable with the additional undisclosed requirements, I chose to walk out. Transparency matters. If certain documents or demographic information are mandatory, that should be clearly communicated before taking a deposit and having clients travel significant distances. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated.

I'm glad to report that ketamine treatment worked great for me, although I understand it's not everyone. From the moment I set foot in the clinic, Cheryl handled all my medical needs and provided the best care I could hope for. Not only was she thorough in all her preparations for the medical procedure, but she was patient and kind in her explanations and her attentiveness after treatment while I was regaining full orientation. In addition, Cheryl was very flexible and worked to accommodate my schedule and came to the office to deliver treatment on days and times that weren't always convenient for her. Thank you Cheryl! If you're thinking about ketamine treatment after trying many conventional pharmaceutical options for the treatment of depression/anxiety, give this a shot. For myself and many like me, ketamine treatment has been life changing. I regret allowing concern over an IV and needle from keeping from trying ketamine years earlier. Don't make the same mistake. If ketamine is right for you, and as mentioned, it's not right for everyone, your quality life will return to levels you haven't experiences for years. Good luck on your journey.
