    motor mount (Not a video)

I purchased a 2020 Explorer April 4th 2025, drove the vehicle about 2-3 days went to Ford to get a new key fob because Corwin Honda did not have a second key. Ford noticed the passenger exhaust tip was hanging so I took it back to Honda. They fixed it no problem. 2 days later the car starts making a noise and my husband and I suspect transmission, so we take it back to the Honda on April 18th after having it parked for a week. They get back to us on April 24th to say that a motor mount is broken along with a part of the exhaust near the front. (pictures attached). I'm not a vehicle whiz by any means so I'm not sure what the exhaust piece is called it's like a flex point of sorts. They accused me of "hot roding it around". I have literally driven this vehicle 5 days at this point (maybe 500 miles). They say they need to take the vehicle to Ford because they have the tools to repair the vehicle. Ok fine. From April 24th there were ZERO updates on the vehicle until I call on May 12th and they tell me it is going to Ford that day because that is the "magic day" for the warranty to work. Finally, today May 16th I call and they say it is ready. I go and pick the vehicle up; it is still making the noise!! I find out that they assumed I had an extended warranty through them; I do have one through the bank that I got the loan from (which my husband told them that), but because of that it was "rejected" for repair!!! The car was with Honda for a month!!! NOW I get to go to Ford myself and see what can be done. I heavily believe the vehicle was not thoroughly inspected before it was put up for sale as they claim it was. This has been a long frustrating process! As far as how I have been treated everyone has been polite for the most part and seem to listen to my concerns and answered my questions so they get an extra star for that otherwise this would be a 1 star review. I would say I talked to the service manager more that the service advisor; who was supposed to handle this. The service manager did good with communicating what info he had at the times I reached out for updates. In addition to everything when I purchased the vehicle there was an agreement signed that they would fix the sunroof shade because when rolling it back it just drops down into the back seat. For having it for a month that was not even fixed!!

    Our 2021 Honda Pilot Elite

We've purchased our second vehicle from here or actually the 3rd since we bought our truck at the Chevy dealership that shares the same lot. Last year we bought a very nice used Toyota Sequoia that was a really nice large SUV. But on a whim we thought maybe we'd find something that gets a little better gas mileage than the Sequoia since we live 60 miles from town. I saw a used newer SUV on their website so we went down to look. After driving probably 10 vehicles shown to us by Josh & Kami both really great sales people, we were glad to know that they were running 0% interest for 60 mos on new Honda's. So that was the reason for our multi car test driving. We settled on a 2021 Honda Pilot Elite that is an amazing vehicle. Neither of us has ever owned a Honda but know people who have!! We absolutely love it!! Finance department was a breeze and service is always good.

The vehicle continued making the same noises we initially brought it in for only louder and is now accompanied by a burning smell. When we returned to address the unresolved problem, we were informed that an additional part (a water pump) would need to be replaced at extra cost. This was confusing and frustrating, as the initial diagnostic failed to identify what now appears to be the actual issue. We were asked to pay again despite the concern we originally brought the vehicle in for never being corrected. We requested and retained the original parts that were replaced and later had them inspected by an individual who previously worked at Ford as both a mechanic and service writer. We were advised those parts appeared functional and should not have required replacement. Based on this, we believe the service department should take accountability for the incomplete diagnosis and cover the repair related to the water pump, which should have been identified during the original visit. Our concern has never been about avoiding payment, but about accountability for an incorrect or incomplete diagnosis that resulted in unnecessary expense, lost time, and nearly two weeks without reliable transportation. Unfortunately, communication during our visit became unprofessional. A staff member walked away from the discussion, and assistant management refused our request to escalate the concern to higher leadership or ownership. They also told us that the service director/manager was gone the whole week to Arizona even though we we supposed to have a meeting with him to come to a resolution. When we picked up my vehicle today, the service director/manager was back, so they told us false information so we couldn't discuss with their supervisors or owner. We were also told that if the dealership chose to cover the repair that was the actual issue, they may refuse to work on our vehicle in the future simply because we questioned the situation. We asked only for transparency, an explanation of the failed repair, and a fair resolution. Instead, we were met with defensiveness and dismissal from the service department. At this point, we cannot recommend this dealership due to poor customer service, lack of accountability, and unwillingness to properly address an unresolved repair concern. At this point, yes after the discussion with the service department, they are now doing my water pump fix which should been resolved in the first place but I'm glad they are doing it now but I am not pleased that the lady at the service desk said "well if we do this, then we are parting ways and no longer will work on your vehicle in the future". Simply because I mentioned facts that she told me were "your opinions" on what has happened, the incomplete diagnostic, that I was charged over $1200 for something that wasn't the issue in the first place. The service department needs to be investigated. They also deleted my review so I had to post this again.

This has LITERALLY been the best car buying experience of our life. My husband actually enjoyed himself! Brittlee was our salesman, and he was incredible. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He's one of the most pleasant salesmen that my husband has ever worked with. Thank you, Brittlee!! On the back end, we also worked with Robert. He was also very kind and professional, and answered any other finance/purchase questions that we had. We appreciate you, Robert! This dealership is a true gem. We purchased a 2023 Elantra Hybrid Limited, and hopefully we can get an Ioniq 5 from this location as well!

To put it plainly, purchasing a used vehicle from Clark Hyundai has become one of my biggest recent…read moreregrets. In mid-December 2025, I scheduled an appointment to look at a used Toyota they had listed. I arrived, test drove it, and raised a few concerns that could have affected my decision. When we returned to the dealership, I was then told the vehicle had already been sold and was only awaiting pickup. That was the first major red flag and showed a serious lack of communication between sales and management. The salesperson then presented me with another option: a used 2013 Hyundai Tucson. I was told the vehicle had an "impeccably clean" inspection and service record. Based on that representation, I moved forward. I traded in my vehicle, put an additional $1,200 down, and left believing I had purchased a reliable vehicle from a reputable dealership. Less than 3,000 miles and about two months later, the check engine light came on. The code was P2006 for the intake manifold. I contacted the dealership hoping for assistance or at least a reasonable conversation about repair costs. Instead, I received little communication and was left with a $500 repair bill. I assumed the issue had been fixed. Unfortunately, in early May, the vehicle began having problems again while driving. The RPMs climbed while the speed stayed stagnant, so I pulled over and restarted the vehicle. The check engine light came back on. When I scanned it, the same P2006 code returned. I called the dealership and explained that the same issue had come back after I had already paid them to repair it. I also explained that I am now in East Glacier Park for the summer and do not feel comfortable driving the vehicle along Route 2 in its current condition, especially in areas with little to no cell service. I asked for help towing it back to their facility for diagnosis and was told they would not provide a tow. This is extremely frustrating. The same issue appeared shortly after purchase, I paid Clark Hyundai to address it, and now the exact same code has returned. From my perspective, the original repair did not properly resolve the problem. I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership, including voicemails for the General Manager, emails, and LinkedIn messages. Those attempts have gone unanswered. I understand the vehicle was purchased "as-is," but that does not excuse poor communication, lack of accountability, or failure to properly address a recurring issue. I was sold a vehicle represented as having a clean inspection and service history, yet within months I have had repeated mechanical problems and almost no meaningful support. At this point, I am asking for basic accountability and a reasonable solution. I expected far better customer care from Clark Hyundai. UPDATE: I received an inspection report showing the vehicle was 14,000 miles overdue for an oil change when they took it in. This raises serious concerns for me about material misrepresentation. UPDATE 2: I received a quote from another repair shop because I no longer have faith in Clark Hyundai to properly address the issues. My total repair costs since purchasing this "impeccably clean" vehicle are now around $2,000. My advice: steer clear of this dealership.
