I can't say enough good things about this place! I have been getting special orders for nearly a year now. They are super friendly and have amazing and unique GF baked goods. My favorites: the brownies, cupcakes, apple hand pies, homemade donuts and raspberry cinnamon rolls. I mean...so delicious! They have an outdoor area for eating. My message is directed toward owner/management: I came in yesterday afternoon at approximately 330 on June 12. I was greeted at the door by the girl sweeping who seemed very sweet. As I approached the counter the lady behind it was helping a gentleman. Their conversation took 4-6 minutes and this was just casual conversation. During this time this woman did not make eye contact with me, tell me "I'll be with you in a minute". She absolutely ignored me. After approximately 4-6 minutes of this, I walked out. I work for a well-known store on the street and had the business shirt on. It may or may not have been apparent that I was on a a break, however the problem is that I was. I have heard good things about this bakery being tasty however, I will never know now as I will not be returning. The girl had quite a few piercings on her face especially in her nose, seemed tall with brown hair. As someone that works in customer service I consider this to be very rude especially knowing what good customer service looks like. My advice to you is to address the situation so it doesn't happen with other customers and lose their business as well. read more

Holy crap best (savory) scone I've ever had. My only downside is I should have ordered more. I wish I could describe the texture, so I'll try, it had the perfect crunch that was buttery and the inside was the most wonderful fluffy dough, and slightly chewy (this is where I'm struggling to describe the texture, but believe me, it was fabulous). And the flavor was so well balanced with rosemary, and the goat cheese and it seemed like there was a hint of citrus. I forgot to take a picture but I ordered a two layer chocolate gluten free cake with vegan chocolate buttercream and a chocolate ganache. They don't do letter writing but they do have cute cake toppers for purchase near the pick up area. We had very low expectations for a gluten free cake with vegan icing, but I have to say it was WAY better than we had ever hoped. I would go as far as saying that it was better than a LOT of chocolate cakes I've ordered from wheat based bakeries. Personally I loathe buttercream, but this vegan chocolate buttercream that used coconut cream was quite good! My husband who is a chocolate fanatic and is super particular about desserts said that he was very surprised and thought the cake was great. I'd say that I would definitely order a cake from here when visiting my family members in the area who are gluten and dairy intolerant. Although they didn't do cake writing, they did make the cake pretty with edible flowers, which was a nice touch. Many gluten free bakers near my home require a minimum of 3-7 days lead time on gluten free cake orders, so I was very impressed that this bakery was able to take my order with only a 2 day lead time. read more

I met the owner, Laura, and her lovely husband at a dinner event recently. I shared my love of baked goods, especially bread pudding. She told me that they make a delicious version out of their homemade coffee cake. So the next day I was in her shop in anticipation of this delight. I can tell you, as a clinically diagnosed bread-pudding-aholic, that it was amazing and one of the best I've eaten! I highly recommend visiting! read more

This place has only been open a few weeks and it's already amazing! I think they plan to expand the menu with some more lunch items. My husband and I stopped in around 11am today (Saturday). Very cute space, beautifully decor and tables. I ordered a tea and my husband got a coffee. I would say I'd you are sensitive to caffeine to treat lightly here. Both were amazing and we were buzzing for the next hour afterwards. We split a grilled panini sandwich with cheese and arugula and it was very very good. The bread was delicious. I asked if they plan to sell loaves of bread and they said they are getting a lot of requests for that so stay tuned on that front. I got a matcha cookie and an oatmeal raisin cookie for dessert and both we were so fluffy yet dense and just really really good. I am so excited this place is here! read more

I have only wonderful things to say about this place! First off, you can see how the owner has adapted to serve safely in these weird times (masks, distancing, etc) and she is obviously working her butt off. The food is amazing but sure, you might have to wait a few minutes. The fact that this upsets people is crazy to me. Sitting outside in the shade enjoying being anywhere but locked in our houses is such a joy right now. If you don't feel like waiting you should probably order ahead. Trust me though, you WANT this food. My mother in law never eats gluten free items and she loved everything we had (we ate basically half the menu). The chai tea is also really yummy. So impressed with their food and service. Gluten free is usually bland but not the creations at Corvus. We grabbed a bunch of things to go and so glad we did. I have a bit of a sweet tooth so I tried the cinnamon roll which was amazing! The black berry scones and ginger cookies also yummy. The homemade Chai tea was really good too. The only thing that wasn't great was the mini-loaf, it was relatively tasteless (but it was moist). Looking forward to going back when we're in the area again. read more

I stopped in earlier this week with my 12 yo son who is GF and the expression on his face when I told him he could order anything he wanted was absolutely priceless. He had such a hard time deciding, everything sounded so good. He decided to have the vegetable hand pie and blueberry muffin, and I had a vegetable frittata and cinnamon roll. All was absolutely delicious! The servings were generous, the prices were very fair, and the quality was excellent. Outstanding Cafe!!! Wonderful lunch and seriously the best muffin I have ever had! It is hard to believe everything is gluten free. My son-in-law has celiac and my daughter has spent a great deal of time perfecting gluten free recipes - this place exceeds her bakery items, and that is saying a lot! The Panini was grilled to perfection and had goat cheese as an option. The Frittata had a wonderful texture and flavor. And the carrot cake was delicious, moist and was made with pecans - my favorite! The selection was not extensive, but everything we tried was excellent and very fresh.
