Almost all food was cold rice was hard like reheated to much when food arrived it was all cold skillets cold and no sauce on enchiladas then they told us they didn't have red sauce so we got plain tortilla with hardly and cheese so not an enchilada plate at all husband's ribeye was rare when asked for medium when sent back it was a bit better 3 of us didn't end up eating and the rest either ate cold food or ok food my 2 aunts said there burgers were ok my grandfather soup was ok and ofcourse our food we wouldn't know since it was cold or over cooked so we didn't even eat let's just say the drinks were the best thing. Apparently on Sundays they have a brunch buffet which we were not informed of, so we ordered off the menu. It took 40 minutes for our food to arrive and the restaurant was less than half full at noon. The food was cold. Although every one was extremely polite, the service was extremely slow. We came for lunch and ordered a hamburger and chicken tortilla soup and over an over hour later still snacking on chips and salsa. Just moved to LBK from Denver to escape communism. Thankful to be in the great state of Texas! Really excited to find a Mexican Steakhouse. The hostess told us it had been a slow night but 5 other people walked in right behind us. We received chips and two salsas upon arrival. The salsas were on the mild side but very tasty. We split a wedge salad- it was the biggest wedge salad I've seen in my life. My husband is a grill master and he said multiple times "great flavor" regarding our steak. We both had the ribeye. On Wednesday nights ribeyes are half price. That was a fun surprise. Everything was delicious. Our bill was only $57. The environment was calm and pleasant. My only suggestion is for the mngt team to throw out the toxic bathroom air fresheners - they aren't good for our health and they smell bad. I've eaten at a few restaurants since moving to LBK, but I've been disappointed at most. We will definitely come back here. Highly recommend if you love steak, seafood or Mexican food! read more

Went for a family dinner at Corralito's, BAD. They don't know steaks and cuts, don't know how to cook. We ordered 2 bone- in ribeyes, 20 oz, medium rare, got 1 right, the other was about a 15 oz thin ribeye cooked medium. Then waiter and manager try to tell us the steaks are the same. Nope...I've raised and sold beef for over 50 years, I know steaks!! Then we could overhear staff griping, said "those azzholes will eat what we give em". Don't waste your time or money!! read more

I saw this restaurant online and wanted something nice for after the Tech ring ceremony. We got there a little early so we could have a drink in the bar. The front desk greeter/hostess was very welcoming and friendly. We went into the bar. The bartender was NOT friendly at all. He never smiled and was on the edge of rude. This grumpy man did not make for a good bar experience. We were seated at our table and our waitress was very nice. We ordered our meal. I ordered the sirloin, 12 oz. The waitress warned me that the smaller cut was thin, so I opted for the larger cut. It was so disappointing. The steak was about 1/4 of an inch ch thick, about 5 inches wide and about 7 inches long. It was so tough and sinuous that I had difficulty citing through it. The flavor was ok but I had to spit out the mouthful each time because it would not breakdown. After three bites, I gave up. The mixed vegetables were still hard; not done. This experience was so disappointing. I had made these reservations weeks in advance and the occasion was special. I am just sad that the meal was so much less than expected. I was embarrassed that I had arranged such a dinner. I had read some bad reviews but I thought I should not put much weight on those reviews. I was wrong. I will never come back to this restaurant. read more

The host and server were extremely courteous and friendly. Great service. The margarita was basic. Nothing too memorable about it. The shrimp cocktail was tasty but a tad on the spicy side which I didn't mind. I think out of the entire dinner, that was probably the only decent thing. The sirloin steak was thinner than I was hoping for. Thin and long instead of small and thick. The taste and temperature were good though. My veggies were overcooked and soggy. The shrimp on the fajita plate were also overcooked and chewy. Beans and rice were...meh. The corn tortillas were the mini street taco size so wasn't expecting that either. Overall, this wasn't the best food around but it also wasn't horrible. It was decent for what it was. 2 people came out to $80 which was 1 appetizer, 2 drinks, 2 entrees. If you pay by card, they throw on a 3% charge. The environment was nice. They had live music out on the patio and I wish they had music to go with the mood inside but it was like acoustic versions of hit pop songs. I was there on February 23, 2025 to try their buffet. I was sat down and no one came to ask for my drink order. I went to the buffet they gave me 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausages and cold eggs. After I sat down and started to begin my meal they finally came to me and asked what I wanted to drink. I got coffee it was the worse I ever tasted. At this time they advised about I could order omelet and brisket tacos. If I had known this I would have ordered this instead of going to the buffet since it was fresh and hot. I have been to this restaurant three times because the food is good, But , the problem is that the wait for the food is really long . Every time I go there it's at least 45 min to an hour . This most recent the wait was 50 min , then on top of that, when the food did arrive the waiter dropped my order while all the others in my party received thier food. The restaurant did make it right by deducting some thing's from the bill With all the staff working the wait shouldn't be that long. We had reservations for 7 people at 8:30 - got there at 8:15 and were told they wouldn't seat us until our reservation time. Go back to the host stand at 8:30 to be seated and are told that our table isn't ready yet. A few minutes later the hostess comes back to let us know she can seat us, but the kitchen is running about an hour behind...we asked her to give us a minute to decide what we wanted to do. About that time, a couple walked out saying they had been at their table for 2 HOURS with no food and they were leaving to go eat somewhere else. We asked the hostess about this and she said she wasn't sure how long it would take to get food, but if that's what the people said who walked out, that the kitchen may be behind an hour or two and she might not have been updated yet. WHAT?! That could possibly have meant we'd be sitting at a table until 10:30 pm with NO food? We saw other people walk out as we were talking to hadn't gotten their food either. We left and will not be going back. Hostess needs better training - what is the point of reservations if the restaurant can't keep up or give accurate information. This was such a disappointment. The food was obviously not freshly prepared. It tasted and looked like leftovers from the day before. Nothing at all about it was impressive. They brought out tortillas that were obviously some cheap store bought brand that were just tossed in the microwave for a few seconds. First, the wait to get seated and then have a waitress come to the table was disappointing. They weren't slammed, no one sitting in the waiting room. One lady had a reservation and they didn't have her table ready. Secondly, the restaurant was fairly dirty. The appetizer plates were filthy. The floor had food splattered all over and was dry and had clearly been there a while. Our food took over an hour to come out and was served cold, like it hadn't even been sitting under a heat lamp to keep it warm. The food was bland, but maybe it would have been better if it had been warm! We watched 5 tables empty and no one came to clear the tables. Finally had a table cleared and wiped down but the chairs were not wiped out and the floor beneath was disgusting! And chairs weren't even pushed back in. The women's bathroom was not clean. Overall it wasn't worth the wait or price. Just be warned if you want to eat here, it's mediocre at best and not kept as clean as a restaurant of this caliber should be. Dinner here was stellar. As a party of 6 adults and one toddler we were seated right away without a reservation. This rather large restaurant I guess isn't considered huge for Texas standards. The one star deduction is for the quality of service. While service was mostly attentive, it was slow and rather lax for this caliber of restaurant. We all didn't have utensils when the food arrived and still had appetizer plates covering the table. The food was an entirely different story! Whoa! The steaks were so tender, cooked perfectly and melted in our mouths. Two of us ordered the Blue Cheese Tenderloin that was topped with blue cheese and crispy fried onions. Served with a side, asparagus and a grilled jalapeño this plate was delectable. The Shrimp Tenderloin was a tenderloin topped with a couple of shrimp and served with a side and a grilled jalapeño. My SIL insists on eating any beef extra well done so she ordered a sirloin extra well done that didn't look too appealing (her food never really does lol) . One order of shrimp tacos and one order of green chili tenderloin tacos and some steak strips for my toddler niece. She loved them and with her limited vocabulary equated them to "chocolate" which is her favorite. The prices were very reasonable for the amount and quality of food, especially as compared to what we are used to paying for nice dinners in San Francisco.
