Great steaks. The bone marrow dish is amazing! Great friendly service. Definitely a place to go when you're in Lubbock.

Apparently on Sundays they have a brunch buffet which we were not informed of, so we ordered off the menu. It took 40 minutes for our food to arrive and the restaurant was less than half full at noon. The food was cold. There were no condiments included with the burger and the corn on the cob was reheated and tough. This was our 2nd visit here with a similar result. Probably won't visit again. read more

Wanted to stop by for a meal after work waiting more than 15 minutes to be served then a couple was sat behind us got served instantly. Waited another 5 minutes to be served and nothing 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Would not recommend read more

Should have known when we made reservations for 6pm on one of the biggest Saturday Nights in Texas Tech football history.... We walked in and there were empty tables everywhere. Boneless Ribeye - Menu says "our most premium meat". How can you be a STEAKHOUSE and your most PREMIUM steak is choice or worse? Wife had half of her steak left on the plate. I sent mine back and we left. Might want to have good steaks if you call yourself a steakhouse.... 1 star because thats the minimum read more

The restaurant offers a stunning blend of farmhouse and modern design, with clean white and black colors and an elegant glass wine storage area. There is also a saloon style bar area that I found charming. Our group of 5 was seated promptly at our 6:30 reservation in a quiet, intimate section that allowed for easy conversation. Highlights: * Exceptional service from a seasoned waitress and her trainee * Quick food delivery * Consistently attentive drink service * Steaks cooked to absolute perfection * Relaxed dining pace that allowed for comfortable conversation The staff made us feel unhurried, enabling our group to enjoy a leisurely meal and catch up without feeling pressured. The strategic seating arrangement separated from other diners enhanced our dining experience. When gawking at the wine bottle in the glass showcase, the what I believe must be the sommelier came to talk to me about the wines on display and offered us some impressive discounts on some bottle that were discontinued. Corralito Steak House delivered an outstanding dining experience with top-notch service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for both special occasions and casual gatherings. read more

Almost all food was cold rice was hard like reheated to much when food arrived it was all cold skillets cold and no sauce on enchiladas then they told us they didn't have red sauce so we got plain tortilla with hardly and cheese so not an enchilada plate at all husband's ribeye was rare when asked for medium when sent back it was a bit better 3 of us didn't end up eating and the rest either ate cold food or ok food my 2 aunts said there burgers were ok my grandfather soup was ok and ofcourse our food we wouldn't know since it was cold or over cooked so we didn't even eat let's just say the drinks were the best thing. Horrible management she didn't even apologize and even gave us a a look like if it's our fault there out of multiple items like we're suppose to know and as if we're suppose to eat the food cold and no sauce or over cooked hard rice and don't even think they discounted anything or even apologized total joke and waist of time and money. read more

The host and server were extremely courteous and friendly. Great service. The margarita was basic. Nothing too memorable about it. The shrimp cocktail was tasty but a tad on the spicy side which I didn't mind. I think out of the entire dinner, that was probably the only decent thing. The sirloin steak was thinner than I was hoping for. Thin and long instead of small and thick. The taste and temperature were good though. My veggies were overcooked and soggy. The shrimp on the fajita plate were also overcooked and chewy. Beans and rice were...meh. The corn tortillas were the mini street taco size so wasn't expecting that either. Overall, this wasn't the best food around but it also wasn't horrible. It was decent for what it was. 2 people came out to $80 which was 1 appetizer, 2 drinks, 2 entrees. If you pay by card, they throw on a 3% charge. The environment was nice. They had live music out on the patio and I wish they had music to go with the mood inside but it was like acoustic versions of hit pop songs. We are from out of town so I doubt we will be coming here again. read more

Just moved to LBK from Denver to escape communism. Thankful to be in the great state of Texas! Really excited to find a Mexican Steakhouse. The hostess told us it had been a slow night but 5 other people walked in right behind us. We received chips and two salsas upon arrival. The salsas were on the mild side but very tasty. We split a wedge salad- it was the biggest wedge salad I've seen in my life. My husband is a grill master and he said multiple times "great flavor" regarding our steak. We both had the ribeye. On Wednesday nights ribeyes are half price. That was a fun surprise. Everything was delicious. Our bill was only $57. The environment was calm and pleasant. My only suggestion is for the mngt team to throw out the toxic bathroom air fresheners - they aren't good for our health and they smell bad. I've eaten at a few restaurants since moving to LBK, but I've been disappointed at most. We will definitely come back here. Highly recommend if you love steak, seafood or Mexican food! read more

So mix review. First time ever coming here, on Father's Day, and what a shame and true disappointment, and note it was not so busy for this type of service either. Although every one was extremely polite, the service was extremely slow. We came for lunch and ordered a hamburger and chicken tortilla soup and over an over hour later still snacking on chips and salsa. Have to constantly ask for water refills, chips and salsa refills and just not a good feeling. Not sure we will ever be back. Would hate to see what would happen at a dinner setting. So update. After 1.5 hours finally spoke to manager and we left, no food. If you go, good luck. read more

The place was completely inept with service. We sat down and within an hour and a half, all we got was a salad (which wasn't that good), with bottled dressing. I would like to rate the food, but we waited so long, we finally told them we were leaving. Our server barely came to the table as it was. We could have had a better meal at an Applebees. I was looking forward to a good Lubbock steakhouse, this is far from that read more

Corralito Steak House - Mexican Near Me - Lubbock, Texas

Bad service long wait time food was not anything special. Overall I would not recommend this to anyone I like.

Went for a family dinner at Corralito's, BAD. They don't know steaks and cuts, don't know how to cook. We ordered 2 bone- in ribeyes, 20 oz, medium rare, got 1 right, the other was about a 15 oz thin ribeye cooked medium. Then waiter and manager try to tell us the steaks are the same. Nope...I've raised and sold beef for over 50 years, I know steaks!! Then we could overhear staff griping, said "those azzholes will eat what we give em". Don't waste your time or money!! read more

If you really are the person that sees the reviews I'll tell you do not come here. If you look into my reviews I do not often post anything but this time I have the need to let you know do not come here and waste your money. Look for a better place. Food extremely salty. Service sucks. Is like they don't even care. I told the manager I used to be a manager at a restaurant and politely explained her that the food was too salty. Does she care. Not at all. First time here. Last time. And you can see in other reviews I am not the only one read more

This is more about the service than the food. The food was nothing spectacular but wouldn't warrant a 1 star. It took over an hour to get our food. The waiter never refilled our drinks the whole time and never came and updated us on how much longer it would be. My favorite part is as we were getting up to leave, some random dude showed up with a pitcher of water asking if we wanted a refill. read more

I saw this restaurant online and wanted something nice for after the Tech ring ceremony. We got there a little early so we could have a drink in the bar. The front desk greeter/hostess was very welcoming and friendly. We went into the bar. The bartender was NOT friendly at all. He never smiled and was on the edge of rude. This grumpy man did not make for a good bar experience. We were seated at our table and our waitress was very nice. We ordered our meal. I ordered the sirloin, 12 oz. The waitress warned me that the smaller cut was thin, so I opted for the larger cut. It was so disappointing. The steak was about 1/4 of an inch ch thick, about 5 inches wide and about 7 inches long. It was so tough and sinuous that I had difficulty citing through it. The flavor was ok but I had to spit out the mouthful each time because it would not breakdown. After three bites, I gave up. The mixed vegetables were still hard; not done. This experience was so disappointing. I had made these reservations weeks in advance and the occasion was special. I am just sad that the meal was so much less than expected. I was embarrassed that I had arranged such a dinner. I had read some bad reviews but I thought I should not put much weight on those reviews. I was wrong. I will never come back to this restaurant. read more

We have ysalina as our server the other night and she was top tier. Great vibe, great drinks, the food was AMAZING. She was so funny and helped with our menu options. I had the bone marrow tenderloin, and it was so juicy and as you can expect, TENDER. will be back to see yall again :) read more

I was there on February 23, 2025 to try their buffet. I was sat down and no one came to ask for my drink order. I went to the buffet they gave me 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausages and cold eggs. After I sat down and started to begin my meal they finally came to me and asked what I wanted to drink. I got coffee it was the worse I ever tasted. At this time they advised about I could order omelet and brisket tacos. If I had known this I would have ordered this instead of going to the buffet since it was fresh and hot. I emailed corporate office and never got a response. Guess they don't respond to complaints. Not sure it was worth calling it a buffet. read more

The atmosphere was nice. Looks fancy but food was sub-par. Mashed potatoes were sour. The rolls are kind of hard. Within my tables order were 2 Sirloins salmon were the proteins. The salmon was liked the sirloins were finished by my dogs when I got home. While the place looks pricey the bill was only $104. I wasn't impressed at all. This place wasn't that expensive. It was $17 for the bunch bar all you can eat but the staff sucks there is like none and they don't ever wait on you. 2 different tables walked out because they didn't greet or get them drinks and they where there for an hour. I have been to this restaurant three times because the food is good, But , the problem is that the wait for the food is really long . Every time I go there it's at least 45 min to an hour . This most recent the wait was 50 min , then on top of that, when the food did arrive the waiter dropped my order while all the others in my party received thier food. The restaurant did make it right by deducting some thing's from the bill With all the staff working the wait shouldn't be that long. But the food is really good if you don't mind waiting for a while for it. read more

Corralito Steak House - 3 cheese enchiladas + rice + beans - Mexican Near Me - Lubbock, Texas

Dinner here was stellar. As a party of 6 adults and one toddler we were seated right away without a reservation. This rather large restaurant I guess isn't considered huge for Texas standards. The one star deduction is for the quality of service. While service was mostly attentive, it was slow and rather lax for this caliber of restaurant. We all didn't have utensils when the food arrived and still had appetizer plates covering the table. The food was an entirely different story! Whoa! The steaks were so tender, cooked perfectly and melted in our mouths. Two of us ordered the Blue Cheese Tenderloin that was topped with blue cheese and crispy fried onions. Served with a side, asparagus and a grilled jalapeño this plate was delectable. The Shrimp Tenderloin was a tenderloin topped with a couple of shrimp and served with a side and a grilled jalapeño. My SIL insists on eating any beef extra well done so she ordered a sirloin extra well done that didn't look too appealing (her food never really does lol) . One order of shrimp tacos and one order of green chili tenderloin tacos and some steak strips for my toddler niece. She loved them and with her limited vocabulary equated them to "chocolate" which is her favorite. The prices were very reasonable for the amount and quality of food, especially as compared to what we are used to paying for nice dinners in San Francisco. Check them out for lunch or dinner. read more

Good food, nice ambiance and service, diverse menu, great margaritas. We were a large party from out of town and everyone was satisfied.

We had reservations for 7 people at 8:30 - got there at 8:15 and were told they wouldn't seat us until our reservation time. Go back to the host stand at 8:30 to be seated and are told that our table isn't ready yet. A few minutes later the hostess comes back to let us know she can seat us, but the kitchen is running about an hour behind...we asked her to give us a minute to decide what we wanted to do. About that time, a couple walked out saying they had been at their table for 2 HOURS with no food and they were leaving to go eat somewhere else. We asked the hostess about this and she said she wasn't sure how long it would take to get food, but if that's what the people said who walked out, that the kitchen may be behind an hour or two and she might not have been updated yet. WHAT?! That could possibly have meant we'd be sitting at a table until 10:30 pm with NO food? We saw other people walk out as we were talking to hadn't gotten their food either. We left and will not be going back. Hostess needs better training - what is the point of reservations if the restaurant can't keep up or give accurate information. The whole restaurant staff needs improvement if they are THAT behind. Wild. read more

We really enjoyed our meal at Corralito last night. It was our first time there, so we started with the sampler appetizer, and the empanadas were especially delicious, the short ribs OK, the mushrooms a little over-seasoned, and the quesadillas very good. The Caesar salad was also very nice, just the right amount of dressing, cheese, and croutons and nice crisp romaine. For entrees all three of our party ordered steaks. They all arrived in good time and each one was perfectly cooked yet still sizzling. My T-Bone was picturesque and had enough fat but not too much. My wife's filet was a generous 10 oz with a nice crust and a good flavor. Our guest's ribeye looked great and I know she enjoyed it. The sides were also very good, my potato was just how I like it, my wife's mixed veggies were maybe a little over seasoned but they weren't mushy. We shared two desserts, a chocolate cake and a tres leches cake, they were pretty good but we couldn't finish them, they were so big. I did a double-take when I saw how inexpensive they were! I've eaten at all the steakhouses in town, including several that charge a lot more, and I have served a lot of steaks myself. No one in Lubbock is cooking a better steak than Corralito. The service was good, prompt and friendly, and the decor is pleasant, classic steakhouse with a bit more light. And the value is excellent, enough for me to give them an extra star. I'm glad this place is here and I look forward to another visit soon. read more
