The problem with this salesman who answered the phone is he wouldn't give me a straight answer. If that business does not have the expertise to do this work, he should have been honest enough to refer me to a more knowledgeable professional. I don't have time to get their $139.95 diagnostic that I don't need because it is just a routine maintenance issue which doesn't need an overpriced analysis, trying to get me to approve unnecessary work. Don't waste time and money with this place.

These guys really are the best and I am SO glad my transmission failed me in Corpus. I had the transmission go on my Lexus and with the good reviews I had it towed there for an estimate. Not only did they fix it perfectly but they offer a 3yr 75000 warranty (including parts and labor) which is much longer and better than most. The Lexus dealer was going to be more expensive and have a shorter warranty. They put it all back together and its running like a top! Plus I LOVE that the do all the rebuild work onsite... buying a rebuilt transmission from an unknown source is not a good idea and brand new OEM ones are very expensive. These guys seemed very honest and great to work with!

No scare tactics, no upselling, no games -- just genuine, knowledgeable service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to anyone looking for an honest mechanic who truly cares about their customers!!

They did everything from making sure a car I'd had stored for several months was safe to drive to its new home four hours away, to fixing our tires, sensors, and control arms at no cost after a third party they used botched the service, to taking a look at damage from road debris on a car they don't typically service, and everything in between. We always felt like they did good work and made things right if there was ever an issue. Kiri in particular does a great job running the place and always made us feel taken care of. Sadly, we're moving to Houston, so we'll have to find a new mechanic--but hopefully they open a second location there!

And soon after received a phone call with the details and he was happy to help with any questions I had. My reasoning for a missing star was I asked for the details on the $159 inspection and was told everything looked great, but that could have been because the seller wiped it clean (?!). I'm just your typical women who knows nothing about cars and had no idea this was possible. I felt taken advantage of for not being told about this before I agreed to pay $159.
