I took my car to the Jiffy Lube on Airline and they broke the part for my skid plate. I spent over $200 there on my visit and it's been two months and still no repair. I don't recommend anyone to go to this location unless you want your car broken. If I could give a negative review less than one star I would. They didn't even have the audacity to call and update me. It took me calling them to get a return call after multiple attempts. I just happen to notice it was an all female crew which was a first for me and the girl came over to help me I just asked if any males worked there and immediately got attitude from her and went from nice to rude from that question. Took my truck in for an inspection and the guy tried to tell me I don't have cat on my exhaust; I have the original cat on there from 1995. I pointed it out to him and he still didn't get it. On Veteran's Day, I went to to the Jiffy Lube on Airline to get my Oil Change for my Toyota Tacoma. Mr Roland Rodriguez and his crew provided the service free for my service to our country from when I was in the Army ( I am a Veteran). The service was superior, responsive, professional, personable, and prompt which is comforting during these times. It was gratifying to know that there are establishments around that remember what exceptional customer service looks, even for an Oil Change or Inspection. They appreciate the business! I returned for my State Inspection and received even better service and was escorted to the waiting where they had great coffee (free) with your choice of assorted coffees, a refrigerator with complimentary waters and charging stations so you can charge your phone and relax while the service is being performed. Monday afternoon I called to see if I needed to make an appointment. My call was immediately answered and the gentleman kindly advised me it was first come first serve. Both bays had cars when I arrived but was instantly greeted. Was asked if I wanted to wait in the waiting room and that I'd also receive a complementary vacuum service. Shout out to this company for allowing their employees to have piercings and tattoos. Evelyn G had an edgy style with well manicured nails, face piercings and beautifully colored hair. I think letting her be herself contributed to her down to earth personality and very helpful customer service skills. Not sure of the names, but I was greeted with a smile by one gentlemen, another did a wonderful job at explaining my fluid levels. I'm clueless when it comes to cars. Had a good experience here when getting my oil change, but when I asked about getting a headlight bulb changed it went south, quick..... I picked up the bike from down the street and brought it back for them to replace, knowing there would be a charge-no problem. So the kid goes to work on it and it obvious He's never done this, tho we were told this is a service they offer and do frequently. He fought with it for 40 minutes, trying to get a pin or clip off, actually about 4 different people came to try and help, and finally said he got it. I started to ask about price and he said don't worry your good to go. This morning While still dark out I was able to see that the light was OBVIOUSLY WAY OUT OF ALLIGNMENT!!!!!!! Looked more like a spot light into the sky. I took it to the Exxon on Alameda to have them (correctly) fix it and he came out to tell me that the clip was never put back in, in fact, it's not meant to be removed completely, just undone. The clip was left laying in the pan that holds the battery, and thank goodness was still there. He said the kid didn't put it back because when it is completely removed they are very, very difficult to get back in. What a looser. If you can't do something, and don't want to find someone that can fix it correctly, then TELL ME!! I'll take it to someone that can!!!! If not, you're useless in your job. read more

Came in to get my oil changed and they tried to sell me a 65 dollar air filter that I refused. A day later when I went to change it myself for 20 dollars I notice that my cover was only hanging on by one screw. I then checked my windshield wiper fluid that they said was topped off and it was almost empty. I called the manager, Evelyn, she didn't apologize or anything and told me I could come in to get the fluid topped off which is ridiculous to ever think I would go back there. I love this jiffy lube! As a girl I'm always a little nervous to get work done on my car for fear of being ripped off, but this location is super transparent with pricing and can do just about anything for you. I've come in for a state inspection and they got me right in. My most recent visit was for an A/C evacuation and recharge. It took about 40 minutes from arrival to payment which was quicker than I expected, and my A/C is back to blowing icy cold air. Jesus and Brandon helped me today and they had great customer service. I've also been to the local pep boys and have found that this jiffy lube offers better prices and service overall. Would definitely recommend :) read more

I visited this location for a state inspection and was in and out within 15 minutes. The service members were courteous and easy going!

I called and asked how much the oil change would be, gave me a price of 89$, 10$ coupon available. I told him my make and model and that it uses 8 quarts of oil. They said that's fine it's covered under price. Go to pay and they charged me $10 a quart, for 3, so $30 more over the original price given. I will never go back. Scammers read more
