The service was superior, responsive, professional, personable, and prompt which is comforting during these times. It was gratifying to know that there are establishments around that remember what exceptional customer service looks, even for an Oil Change or Inspection. They appreciate the business! I returned for my State Inspection and received even better service and was escorted to the waiting where they had great coffee (free) with your choice of assorted coffees, a refrigerator with complimentary waters and charging stations so you can charge your phone and relax while the service is being performed. PETER was the mechanic who specifically told me multiple times a NEW compressor was needed. PETER never discussed a reman. My car was ready for pick up the next day. I asked for paperwork of everything they replaced. They said no worries will email you. NEVER received an email. I called that following Monday, because my car had NEW sounds and the fan was struggling to run.PETER SAID NOT TO WORRY! My husband brought the car up there that Friday after the air stopped working, and I was told PETER NEVER showed up to work that day. We asked to speak to the general manager, they said they would have the district manager call us. Adam who is the district manager for grease monkey called, and was very disrespectful. Taking no accountability for what his mechanic who obviously didn't do the job correctly. We demanded for a different mechanic to see what the issue was. Adam sent one over who again didn't know what he was doing and my husband told the mechanic to not to put STOPS LEAK in the system. Well he did anyways! My husband took pics as he was walking to car to see what the mechanic was doing. We told Adam what happened and again nothing but attitude. He sent over another mechanic from a different shop, but we were grateful for that, because Greyson found the paperwork and seen 2 reman AC compressors were put into the car, and grease monkey charged me for 2 AC compressors! The first one had a leak and so does the second AC compressor! We told Adam and he could care less what we found making excuses and basically calling us liars! I HAVE THAT RECORDED! We took our vehicle to another shop, who did a diagnostic on it. My car has 5k worth of damage because of grease monkey! I have Freon leaking from the reman AC compressor, and the rest of the components are trashed from STOPS LEAK! Adam also stated they are losing money! WELL IF YOU DID THE JOB CORRECTLY YOU WOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO REFUND MONEY! Adam also refused to give us his bosses # Jerry Bonnet, but because what I do for a living. I found an email and sent over the issues! We are dealing with corporate in hope they compensate for the damages they caused. If not, we are taking legal action! After spending nearly $2,000, the issue came up again a week later. I took it back in and they supposedly cleared some codes out of the system and sent me on my way. Fast forward to now and my truck has a bigger issue that stemmed from the reduced engine power issue not being properly fixed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY MAJOR SERVICE. Just as I was about to cross the new bridge from Portland, I started hearing a strange hum, like the Millennium Falcon trying to jump to lightspeed with a bad motivator. Once I landed at my sister's house, there it was, a loud clack! Turns out, my skid plate had fallen and was hanging on by two brave little screws, holding on for dear life. Unsure of what to do, I rolled into the Take 5 on Saratoga; enter the heroes of this saga. These guys didn't just help; they went full Jedi Council on it. They diagnosed the problem faster than R2-D2 slicing into a Death Star terminal, realized they didn't have the screws, and sent me just down the street to O'Reilly's. Once I returned, they reinstalled the skid plate without hesitation, no charge, no hassle; just honor, skill, and kindness worthy of a Yoda nod. They didn't ask for credits, only to do what's right for the company and the customer.
