Finding a beach any time after noon can be a challenge as we have learned. Municipal beach is great for families! Things to know it's BUSY! Lots of people, kids and families. It has a snack bar. It has clean restrooms. Keep an eye on the parking attendants! We were waiting so my husband walked in and took a look to find 3 open spots. So if you are waiting maybe scout the lot to ensure there are no open ones. It was crowded when we got here, but by 2 the crowds significantly died down! The tide went out and the kids were able to go out even further! We enjoyed this beach and it was a good option after we were turned away from our first 2-3 beach choices. read more

We recently stayed for 2 weeks on cape cod for our annual visit and while we normally check out a range of different beaches, we ended up just coming to this one at least 8x during our trip. We did make an occasional trip to other beaches such as Grays, Veterans (our first time trying that one), and Vernon's St beach. Our 4 year old met new friends each and every time here, the bathrooms were clean, the snack bar had frozen slushies and other treats. Low tide is fun and there's always lot of hermit crabs to catch. We were very impressed with our visit here, even with the price still being $30- but if you can also buy a weekly pass for $90 if you're planning on coming everyday which makes it worth it. We usually head to Mayflower Beach but the lot had already filled up. Corp Beach was our backup and it worked out nicely. There is a snack shop, clean bathrooms and a playground. The beach is also handicap accessible. I would recommend walking a ways down the beach on the right because the seaweed and rocks do accumulate by the rocky jetty and the ocean turns dark brownish red when the tide comes in. The sand is softer and the water is clearer further to the right so make the walk. read more

I went to the Cape July 4th week, 2024. We attempted to go to Mayflower Beach but there wasn't anymore parking. So we found our way to Corporate Beach. The beach itself is very nice. Has a great snack shack. Clean/nice bathrooms. The view overlooking the beach from the snack shack area is beautiful. The problem....seaweed. Soooo much of it. There was about 6 feet wide of beach seaweed that stunk terrible and then when you went into the water you had to get through another 6 feet of weed. It was so bad. I don't know if Corporation Beach is always like that as it was my first time there. read more

Very upset at the lack of social distancing and protocols taken for COVID-19. There was a large rowdy group of 10+ people about 1 foot away from our small setup. There was no limitation on the volume of beachgoers. Far walk to the sand from the parking lots and bathrooms. Unfittingly, it was the most expensive parking in our experience on the Cape. Also, it was too rocky to properly walk on the shore. The only star it achieved is for the clear, warm, shallow, calm water. read more

This was a beautiful beach to catch the sunset. They had picnic tables, a snack shop and very clean facilities to use. The beach itself looked nice and comfortable for a day by the water. Pretty homes all around with also a nice parking lot. read more

Great beach for kids sandbar is fantastic. Nice soft sand great for building sandcastle.Calm water perfect for small children. Skim boarders were having a blast. There is a snack bar. Nice tables with umbrellas and a decent bathroom. Supposedly it was considered crowded on our day. But it didn't feel that way to me‍. But I'm a Jersey Girl, our beaches get crazy crazy packed where people are sitting 2feet apart. Seaweed was a bit off putting to my son. I didn't mind it. You need good chairs and pack your own drinks and snacks. $25. weekday for parking and the lot filled up by 10:30. If that happens go to Howes beach different lot same stretch of beach. Higher hill to climb to get on to the beach from that entrance. Interesting enough my husband noticed there are no garbage pails. We were careful keep our trash and dispose of it back in the parking lot. read more

I love the beaches in Dennis but this one is the worst. Seaweed everywhere, dirty water. People fail to pick up their trash all the time and aren't held responsible. There are rocks absolutely everywhere and you will likely trip and fall on one while you are here. Not fun. My grandkids were very unhappy as there's not much to do, especially when it is crowded. Do not waste your time! read more

This is a great beach. If you have critter hunters in your family skip Mayflower and Chapin and come to this Northside gem. It has (almost) brand new bathrooms and rinsing stations and now the snack shack is run by Dennis Public Market and the food is GREAT! Not just hermit crabs, but large and small crabs, baby shrimp, halibut & stripers. Turn over some rocks and listen to the kids squeal as the crabs scurry for a new hiding spot. If the tide is low, venture on the other side of the rock jetty and find mussels, sand dollars and other sea life. Bring good nets and some buckets and get ready to play Bill Nye the Science guy at the beach. Consider buying a minnow trap at Bennys or one of the other local stores. Warned, if high tide is midday there is not a lot of shoreline and it can get packed - but that is true at all the Northside Beaches. read more

Mixed feeling about this beach... Pros: if you have kids who like to hunt for little critters, then this is the place to go! Flip some rocks on the rock jetty and you will easily find some crabs (I don't know what type), hermit crabs, and snails. Some say you can even find star fish! Tip: bring beach shoes! You will have to step on rocks with barnacles! Cons: I went during the last week of August and the water was filled with sea weed...pretty disgusting! My son didn't want to spend any time in the water! For gorgeous clean water, Mayflower is still the place. Chapin is gorgeous too! Some areas also had a funky smell...kids went hunting for minnows in the shallow area closer to the grass, and the ground was mushy and the area was smelly (drainage smell). Overall my son had a great time hunting for sea creatures but we were not happy with the water quality. If you are looking for a beach to relax in with gorgeous views, this is not the place. Go to Mayflower or Chapin. read more

Great beach. The water is not as clear as some of the other beaches, but the sand is soft and very nice.

Not a huge beach but.. we went after 4 at low tide and the kids had a blast playing wiffle ball on the flat wet sand that seemed to be a perfect wizard for doing so. The snack bar.... soooo much better than your typical beach fare... not many beaches offer teriyaki chicken sandwiches or marinated beef tips w fries in addition to burgers and dogs! read more

My family has been to Corporation many times, and we will continue to return each summer. The view is gorgeous, there's plenty of creature hunting for the littles, and perfect shoreline for skimboarding (smooth sand, few rocks/pebbles). It can be hit or miss in terms of the amount of seaweed if you're sitting close to the entrance/snack bar stairs, but if you're willing to trek further down the beach away from the rocks and jetty, the water is much more clear. The bathrooms are clean and new, there is an outdoor shower area to wash off the sand before getting in the car, and the food is seriously excellent at the snack bar. The lobster grilled cheese is amazing, as is the homemade ice cream sandwich (jumbo chocolate chip cookies with a very generous scoop of ice cream--definitely share because it's huge!). Sometimes we just head over after doing other things for dinner on the beach and a view of the sunset over the bay. I would give 5 stars, but the seaweed can be an issue depending on the day. Also, Dennis beaches are expensive at $20 per day ($25 on weekends) and if you don't get there really early on a nice day, it's more than possible that you will be turned away because of full parking lots. Overall, it's a great beach. read more

Lots of seaweed and very packed. There are so many people everywhere. There are tons of bugs and rocks everywhere. The sand is filled with rocks and it is likely you will stub your toe on a rock at least once. read more

I loved this beach. Yes a little pebbly and rocks, but it was clean and clear. We didn't have to pay because it was late afternoon. Nice little restaurant spot next door with great food too! read more

Horrible beach! Had to sit on the large rocks or be packed like sardines before noon because the tide was so high. When tide goes down- hey! more rocks and garbage. Huge disappointment. read more
