It can be hard to trust businesses when you're on a budget but these guys will definitely treat you with respect. I'm not always an easy customer to deal with but they were extremely patient and I got my pc back in no time at all. They have an eclectic mix of other goods in the store and will help you select what you need with more knowledge and experience then you'd expect. Ben M. did not call me to tell me about the issue. When I arrived to pick up my phone he was helping someone else, there was also another couple waiting to pick up a phone. After he handed the other couple their phone, I asked for the same. He later used me "cutting in line" as an excuse/justification be rude to me. He stated I cut in line & the other couple was just "picking up a phone." When I tried to explain I assumed I was there for the same he continued justify his behavior and be rude. If I'm being honest it should have been a red flag when the first employee (who's name I can't remember) tried to tell me it was illegal to place the back with OEM parts.
