After 3 weeks having my X box they had every excuse for not even looking at it. I went back and picked it up and was told my $25 dollar deposit was non refundable! I will go every where else I can to get anything fixed now. I will never set foot in that place again ever!! 11 read more

I took my iphone in to have the housing replaced which cost $267.49. However, while repairing my phone they broke the front glass which cost $400 to replace. Ben M. did not call me to tell me about the issue. When I arrived to pick up my phone he was helping someone else, there was also another couple waiting to pick up a phone. After he handed the other couple their phone, I asked for the same. He later used me "cutting in line" as an excuse/justification be rude to me. He stated I cut in line & the other couple was just "picking up a phone." When I tried to explain I assumed I was there for the same he continued justify his behavior and be rude. If I'm being honest it should have been a red flag when the first employee (who's name I can't remember) tried to tell me it was illegal to place the back with OEM parts. read more

I had my screen replaced on a Saturday, 9/9/2023, had to bring back the next day because the back came unglued, they said there wasn't enough time for the glue to dry the previous day. It came unglued again and the screen cracked in the first week, the said that the battery swells. They tried to sell us another battery. This place is a scam, they charged $250 and it was garbage and they sleazed out of their warranty, The back of the phone doesn't seem to fit properly, probably some cheap Chinese garbage. read more

Stopped in for damage to an useable screen. Ben hooked me up with a $50 off savings for not having to use a Samsung part and was only $427 to replace the screen. He had it done a few hours later as promised. Here's to it lasting for the long haul. read more

I got a new battery replaced not even two weeks ago they gave me zero warranty for it and then the two weeks three days I woke up without it charging I came back because the guy had told me I have a month to bring it back if I have any problems and they refused to change anything they said is charging the way it supposed to and there's nothing they can do they are not replacing my battery which I just paid a bunch of money for because when they plug it in it looks like it's working even though three times when I plugged it in it showed it was charging and then when I woke up there was zero charge very unprofessional on their part read more

This is my third time coming to CPR (maybe I am hard on my phone?) Kevin helped me this time, but I have always gotten fast, professional, and courteous service. That indicates a good training program and the ability to attract capable staff. They have replaced screens and batteries for me, and I have had zero problems with the repairs. If I call in the morning, they let me know the best time of day to come by. I drop off my phone, get my shopping done, then pick it up on my way home. It's wonderful! read more

Kevin helped us at drop off and pickup. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They replaced the charging port, and it still didn't work. I figured we were out the money we paid, but, honestly to our surprise, since they couldn't fix it we got our money back! This is a friendly, honest business that we are recommending to all of our friends! Kudos to Kevin! read more

I went to get my phone screen replaced today, (something I somehow have to do quite often) I was given discounts, and half off a new battery. The quality of service and speed at which Ryen and his team fix your devices is the best. I prefer them over the Apple store in Charlotte these guys are very down to earth people will go again. read more

James and Cameron were great on drop off and pick up. I took in my daughters iPad because it was cracked. Very friendly and fast service. They charged $40 less than 2 other companies they kept putting off doing the work. Very grateful for the 1 day turnaround. read more

I had an issue with my charging port. I took my i7 in there and he assessed it and just cleaned out the port. He said, "I could take your money and put in a new port, but I don't feel like you need one." There was no charge for the cleaning of the port. After a couple of days, I was having similar issues as before. Turns out I did need a new port. They had the part in stock and were able to work on my phone right away. I left the phone, went to run an errand close by, and when I came back, the repairs were made. No issues since. Very friendly customer service. Clean atmosphere. I feel like I made a friend. I definitely recommend this location and will be back for future work (if needed). read more

Service was good. Friendly folks. Need someone to assist out front when busy.

Had a problem with my iPod, took it to CPR. I recently wrote a review that wasn't good. I should have talked it over with them. Because they went out of their way to make it right. I highly recommend CPR! They are definitely my place to go for my cell phone, & electronics repair. If you go anywhere else you're going to the wrong place. Trust these guys. A+++++ read more

I brought my phone in to have a battery replaced. Well they fixed the battery but broke the screen. Said I could pay $50 for a new screen and $50 for the battery replacement or just take my phone back but now with a broken screen and bad battery. Terrible job all the way around. read more

I went in CPR this week to fix a cracked phone and they fixed it for $130, two days later I see that half of my screen is black, they said that an LED must have broken inside the phone and that it'd be an extra $80 for them to fix it. But if an LED was broken how come it wasn't fixed while they were inside the phone?!? read more
