I've been going to the store for probably 15 years. Everyone is nice , professional and seem to enjoy helping customers. Today was fantastic though. I walked in looking for help with my iPhone. A nice looking young man appeared beside me and quickly began answering all my questions. He was just a breath of fresh air! I sat down at a desk and he pulled up my account and helped me understand what was going on . I made sure I asked him his name and that really appreciated his time. Very helpful with upgrade on my phone. I was told of a trade deal which reduced the price by 2/3. The corporate verizon on Turnerburg had told me there was no deals on the iphone 12 and no phones in stock for the 11 & SE. I was told to call verizon to see if I qualified for a promotion. (Glenway Drive) had all the phone in stock and offered the promotions and trade deals right off, glad I tried them. read more

This a franchise location, unlike the Verizon a mile North of it, which is corporate. We will not visit this location (Glenway Drive) again. The employees were stuck-up, and not helpful. Each representative has a desk and seems glued to it. There isn't a central service desk. I'd think this setup would encourage individual rep-customer attention, but it appears to do the opposite. My Husband has been to here before and advised we not go there. I understand why. The customer service is lacking, severely. read more

While the activation fees may be standard in the contract, they still were not mentioned to me and I was not given the contract till all was said and done. I was just trying to do something nice for my son and my parents and I made it very clear that I needed to be close to the $200 price range. This first bill was almost double that. This has probably been my best experience at Verizon wireless in Statesville. For some odd reason my phone froze up and stopped working. Being a nurse on call this was not good . As I walked into Verizon I was approached by a gentleman named ADAM BRIDGES. He instantly asked me was there anything he could assist me with. I explained the phone issues and he spent time trying to figure out what happened to the phone, finding out that this was an LG issue not a Verizon issue . Adam reassured me not to worry that he would make sure I had a phone that day by the time I left even if that meant loaning a phone until replacement came in if I decided to go the route. I decide to purchase a new phone and accessories. ADAM set up the phone for me and I was on my way , stress free. ADAM BRIDGES is very professional and makes a difference one customer at a time. This is why I have recommend to friends, family, co workers etc to visit Verizon wireless and ask to speak to ADAM BRIDGES, I will definitely be back to request him. I have to tell you, I happened upon this place by mistake and what a great mistake it was! Even though it was nearly closing time, I was happily greeted by a wonderful young man named Tyler! I was a Sprint customer and needed some chargers and he was so very helpful even though I was with Sprint. His demeanor and attentiveness was all I needed to switch to Verizon! I have had a million questions since (due to my lack of expertise with electronics!) and he has been more than patient and helpful! Even when he wasn't working in the store he made himself totally available for help!! He returns my texts promptly and called me a couple of days after my purchase to ask if I was pleased with my purchase. I bought a phone from a great salesman about 7 months ago. He has left since then. I started having big issues with my phone. I tried calling Verizon support and they could not help. We did a complete hard factory reset. I sat my phone back up and still had issues. They asked of I could take it back to my store and let them do a diagnostic test of me phone. I walked into Cellular sales. A man was sitting at a desk. He asked how could he help me. I told him what issues I was having. And Verizon had sent me there to get a diagnostic test on my phone. He never got up. Or looked at me. He said we do not handle warranty stuff here. And told me to go to the Main Verizon store up the road. They opened at 9:00am he said. I drove there and they did not open until 10:00am. So I drove to Mooresville Verizon store. They were closed. So I called the tech center on my phone again. We did another hard factory reset. And I had to set it up again. Still having issues and will never go back to Cellular Sales again. Not friendly and rude. Just want to sale a product and make there commission. And I have gotten 4 phones from them. No more. I am done. Bad way yo do business. Lost me for sure!!! read more
