After he handed the other couple their phone, I asked for the same. He later used me "cutting in line" as an excuse/justification be rude to me. He stated I cut in line & the other couple was just "picking up a phone." When I tried to explain I assumed I was there for the same he continued justify his behavior and be rude. If I'm being honest it should have been a red flag when the first employee (who's name I can't remember) tried to tell me it was illegal to place the back with OEM parts.
