It was under water for a few minutes before we were able to get it out. You could literally see water under the screen, in the camera lenses in the back, and water was trapped inside. We tried to dry it out hoping it was salvageable, but it was turning off and back on constantly. I ended up having to do an early upgrade on my plan because I'm a Realtor and can't work without a phone. I was in shock when I realized my new phone didn't have my contacts on it... My contacts were somehow saved under an email account I had back in 2014. The email was no longer active and I was in freak out mode. I called 9 other shops looking for help, and none of them felt like they could help me. Thank God I Googled iPhone repair shops and these guys came up! I called and they were super confident that they could help get my phone working enough for me to get my contacts transferred to my new phone. They did even better than that.... They got my contacts transferred over AND got my phone back working 100%. Y'all, they literally saved my real estate business. He inmediately came over to evaluate the damage on the laptop and he took it with him that same day. He updated me DAILY with what was going on with the laptop. Unfortunately it couldn't be repaired due to a micro wire needing to be replaced. He honestly tried. He felt so badly and I reassured him, it was ok. He repaired the laptop best he could but since the touch screen couldn't work, he sold me a monitor, wireless mouse, and wireless keyboard (for way less than their value) in lieu of the repair.
