I have two older desktops that had quit working a few months ago. Before I junked them I thought it…read moremight be worth a try to see if my information (pictures,documents) could be saved. I had saved some to usb but mostly not. Geeks saved everything! I've had these since 2013 and 2016 so you can imagine all the memories saved in that amount of time. One had a bad cpu and motherboard that had overheated. They saved the info on that one and moved it to the older computer which needed a new hard drive but was otherwise still very usable. Both are Acer Predators and at the time I bought them were top of the line. The repaired computer is so fast now. I'm so glad to have it back with all of my old data intact. Relieved. Geeks did all of this in one day! Any of my future repairs will go straight to them. They have a vast amount of knowledge and do so much more than simple but critical repairs. I also took them a new laptop that I wanted set up. It's a dream to use with no bloatware. This was same day service. They transfered all my data over from a backup that I had made as in my trying to recover I had wiped it clean. The new laptop is so much faster and I am gradually learning the ways of Windows 11. So glad they are local and will help me when I had computer problems in days. You can't do everything online.
