Owner calls, asks, then accuses me of cancelling my "ticket" and that he can no longer repair my phone. I drive all the way back to the repair shop and not only is my glass screen mutilated, my phone no longer works. So after half a day waiting for a simple screen replacement, MY WORKING CRACKED PHONE TURNED INTO A NON-FUNCTIONING PHONE. Beware of this shady place.

She took some information, then put me on hold again with no explanation! I held for five minutes, she came back on to tell me I needed to hold more. Another five minutes and she came back to tell me that she'd talked to the owner and they could no longer accept new customers outside their service area. I have no idea how the service is, but that receptionist is hell to get past to make an appointment!

I called on a Friday afternoon & spoke to an employee who quickly told me they would order me a new battery & I could come by next week. I came by that following Monday around 2 PM. They estimated a "few hours." I was so happy when they called me at 3 & told me it was ready! The price was reasonable, cheaper than what a competitor told me. The staff is very kind & knowledgeable.
