The technology is decent....but you can get WAY better customer support from one of the bigger brands. I even heard they were installing something for a friend and they were using "contractors" and they had to cut the job short b/c they didn't want to pay the contractors overtime. They obviously were more concerned with their bottom line than finishing the job..... Also, when I had something installed, they cracked a tile on my backsplash. When I approached the installer about the crack, he told me it was previously there LIAR. Bottom-line, it seems as if the owner is only interested in selling you something and if/when you move and don't refer over his service or maintain his service, he gets upset.

They would have charged me more - but since there was damage to my home they decided to forgo. However, they did not repair the damage THEY caused. In addition, the crew was estimate to have 2 trips. We needed 3. (My furniture was less than in the walkthrough with my estimator.) I still have items they did not bring over from the trips! I do not recommend this "moving" company. They do not know how to estimate (and if they are wrong they will add to the final bill - if they don't damage your home.)
