Where to begin...it has taken me all this time to muster up the tenacity to write something about…read morethis company. Albeit, many people will have a different view, but here's my experience. Please understand that when looking for a job as a prospective employee you will have to ask: is there a strict policy in down time and the use of your computer? Reason- this is the social media age, we need downtime. Also, this company ACTUALLY monitors your every move!! They spy and twist and create issues which don't exist into an issue if they do not like you. Again a very emotionally driven company ready to spit fire if you are not Christian or have a family. However, because of EEOC rights and regulations, they have to allow at least a few quota ethnicity to seem believable. There are no African American executives, and no Hispanic leads in this company. I find that remarkable with all the talent. Also, most of there business will be outsourced eventually to India which means good bye to all non Indian speaking personnel. This company is in the business of collecting other business' credit memos for profit. Just understand what that means to other business' and why so many accountants can't stand them. They keep you dismayed by entertaining you and clouding the dish, such as fun company outings or raffles or incentives to buy your time and loyalty. Don't commit to a company who is driven by keeping the employees so sheltered. They will have something to hide. There is no open door. There is however, the open door nosey busy body who gets info from you to intimidate and try to keep a person from doing their job...if they feel intimidated they will do anything in there power to create a file on you and get you fired. This company does have many open lawsuits against them because of fraud and incompetent leadership. Be aware as a future business person- do your homework, and as a future employee: if it's in yelp, or any other reviewer site, and they are in a bad review, then you have a pretty good 70-30 percentage that the review is almost accurate. Please note, these reviews are the personal opinions of past employees. But if all saying the same thing, then you be the judge. Not worth the time, gas, money or psychological health to deal with companies like this. Be aware!! Two stars because they were benefits friendly.
