All we want is for the chain ones to function properly. They literally fail multiple times a month. It's been. Huge headache and we wish we had gone with someone else. If you have other window covering company options, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere or you will be stuck with a very expensive mistake that they will not take responsibility for. They were also extremely unprofessional during the initial install, stayed at the property until past midnight and left doors open when they left.

My apologies in advance to everyone at Lake Norman Electric for delay in posting this review and…read morethat I am just now taking the time to commend them across the board for the fantastic quality service and results we received related to numerous projects on standing up our Lake House Rental. I am sure lots of peeps pitched in the background but major shoutout to Meaghan for steering projects and appointments and Devin for design suggestions and technical follow through. Earlier this year we stood a luxury lake front home where they played a key role on several planned, unplanned and a la carte items. Some well prepared and some emergency. The services ranged from fixing electrical outlets and adding capacity to Installing an outdoor Tesla Charger, ring doorbells, hot tub hookup, sauna hookup and even some awesome party string lights (Devin suggested and designed himself). They provided timely, cost effective, trustworthy service and we will continue to use them for other projects going forward. I was so happy with the overall service I felt compelled to drop off a fruit basket gift thanking them. Again sorry for the delayed review but I hope my happiness and sincerity outshines the delay. Here is a pic of the amazing view complemented by the string lights

This was one of the worst "contractors" I have every dealt with. They really did not know what…read morethey were doing. I finally had to cancel the contract after numerous mistakes, code violations, lies, lack of communication, and completely unsatisfactory work. There were 5 shortcuts/improper installation, and use of materials suited for indoor project but used on my outdoor project. The workers were unskilled and didn't know a hammer from a nail. The owner was only on site after he was advised that he needed to correct the mistakes. In one day I called him 7 times. He did not answer any of my calls. His workers showed up 3 hours late the first day. The owner never showed up even though he said he would be there all day. The crew did not know the scope of the work and I had to show them the contract. I was called a "fucking bitch" by the owner's son. After speaking with a lawyer I was advised to cancel the contract for cause. I had given a 50% deposit and of course he has not provided an accounting of the materials or labor hours. He repeatedly lied to me during the 15 days before I cancelled. The contract was to be completed within 5 days. I was able to retain a REAL contractor who completed the project in 6 hours. During this time I was shown myriad construction issues that clearly reflected this owner's ability to properly construct anything. He wanted to take advantage of me, do a shoddy job, leave quickly, and provide an unsafe and unstable product. I was also told that his sloppy construction was outdated I had not received what I had paid for. Everything in the post is documented either by photos, texts, or emails, or voice mails.
